We had high hopes for big time. Everyone we have talked to has been nice. However, they have a big…read morestart up fee, we paid 2,000 in exclusionary work, a monthly fee, and a cancellation fee. We started up in March for a rat/mice problem. Since then we have also had ants even after their service for 3 months. They come out every time you call with issues but nothing different gets done to solve issues. After expressing this and wanting to cancel, we were informed of a cancellation fee. They are all masters of deflecting problems to others within the company. Don't get stuck in their money scheme like we were.
