Zero stars if this was possible. I have been a customer of Redcliffe Post Office for many years. I have a PO Box there. I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous. Until today. I visited the shop at around 1.25pm 12.3.18. There were two ladies behind the counter. On sitting on a chair grinning while the other reluctantly proffered assistance. No other customers were in the shop. This person gave the impression that I had invaded her private space after having recently crawled out of a sewer. Her disinterest was overwhelming. Her attitude appalling as she looked down her nose at me and spoke in curt, arrogant, to the point of rude, brief responses. I was trying to track down a parcel delivery with information sent to me via text. The message was a tad confusing. She appeared to be deliberately obtuse. I gave up in the end. Told them that this is the first time I have had bad service at the shop. He reaction to this was absolute disinterest. To the current owner - what happened? Did your past very efficient staff walk off in disgust? Are you not able to find suitable assistants who are actually aware of the meaning of Customer Service? Fell there is a need to make you aware that there are other Post Offices in the Redcliffe vicinity who, I am sure, would welcome my custom. read more
