Guess what? This ended up being one of them. ‍ $48 for a 750ml bottle of Patron. I bought it anyway because I was already there, but I explained in the car that I felt the price was high. He even told me there were more liquor stores down the street. So I tried to go back inside and return the bottle. I was told no. I then asked if they could at least price match because two liquor stores down the street were selling the same bottle for $39. The owner/employee got rude and said, "Georgia state law." At that point, I already knew what type of situation I was dealing with. I said, "Cool, I'll deal with this another way," and walked out. I definitely won't forget this experience. Just because it's a neighborhood/hood liquor store doesn't mean you should treat your own people unfairly when it comes to prices and customer service. $48 for a 750ml bottle when nearby stores have it for $39 is crazy to me.
