The owner and his son are excellent people. Friendly and more than helpful. I reordered my cards with thick paper, rounded corners, and photo. Wow, I was more than impressed. Excellent work for a 25% savings over Armstrong. Paper was very thick and stiff and graphics popped. Very nice. From there I ordered hats with logo and shirts with logos. She stated she hadn't seen my emails. She stated Renee has been working on a car the last 2 days but I've been asking for a quote since 09 Feb! I told her how unprofessional this was and so didn't understand how they can operate this way. I am a customer asking for a product they sell and can't receive service.
