She came up with three different brands of shoes. I tried on all three and walked around the store trying each brand. She answered several questions and it's quite obvious she knows the brands well! I enjoy shopping there but I would not go back and sell there ever again. I brought my clothes in…read moreand was told it would be about 45 minutes since they were busy. I went grocery shopping and returned when they texted. They told me they couldn't take any of my clothes due to past the "one and a half year mark." I said thought it was odd since I had some items with the price tag still on them returned home. Upon looking in the bin I brought the clothes in I found over 2/3 of the clothes I brought in still folded how I originally had them. The 4-5 pieces they looked at were unfolded on top of the rest to make it look they like went through them. I should've taken advice from others and never brought my clothes here in the first place.

The credit card Capital One refused to refund it because Kohl's wouldn't. I gave both the tracking number which showed the shipment was returned to sender. I ended up with over $400 in fees and interest. Lately, the issues have been just with Kohl's and Kohl's cash. I'm not getting the emails and the cash isn't being uploaded to my app account. Today I was told I have to return everything to get my $25 Kohl's cash back. But the purchase is how I earned it so I won't get it back. I'm at the point of ending my relationship with Kohl's and telling others to stay away. It's too much hassle!!!
