The breading in the chicken is pretty bland and falls off easily. The pizza....I don't even know if you can call it pizza. I really dislike when toppings are under the cheese but I know a few places do it this way so that's just personal preference. But yea, I've had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store.

The employee told me the building was closing soon and she didn't WANT to make anymore pizzas for the night, I was a little taken aback by this response but I insisted she make the pizza for me because I am a paying customer and 20 minutes should have been plenty of time to make one pizza. When I got there what I received was nothing less than grotesque. It was not a pepperoni pizza at all Infact there was not a pepperoni in sight instead what I received was a pizza that had no tomato sauce, what smelled like barbecue sauce, a myriad of random cheeses, a sugary topping I assume the use for there cinnamon bites, a mountain of salt, and to top it all off ... CHICKEN BONES! It also was not a whole pizza, it seemed that part of it was missing and it was thrown in the box in a fit of rage. Over all my experience with this restaurant was so bad I may never visit a restaurant in this chain ever again. P.S. There was a boy working there who felt bad for me who gave me complimentary cinnamon bites and those were pretty good.

Since last year I took my toddler and my teenager every Wednesday night. My kids love the food. When my toddler wanted to use the Washroom, I took him to Men's washroom. The washroom was full of the most revolting sight, it appears to be used by someone who was sick. The toilet was covered in human waste and the floor is full of what I can tell is urine and excrement. You can smell it before opening the door. After I let my toddler use lady's washroom which smells like fresh diaper. We returned to our table after notifying the Night Manager about the washroom situation. I completely lost my appetite but didn't say a thing to my teen because He was enjoying the meal. After sometimes, In the way out my teen decided to use the washroom quickly, thinking the stuff had time to clean the washroom, I waited for him by the door. I realized that my notification was ignored when I saw the nauseated look of my teen and later confirmed the washroom indeed has not been cleaned at all. This is going to be the last time I visit that establishment hygiene is non-negotiable!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Tony's Master Pizza (Pembina)…read more I ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza by phone and waited 1.5 hours. When it arrived, it had onions, which I am allergic to. I called the store immediately and was told I had supposedly ordered onions completely false. I've ordered this exact pizza before and would never order something I'm allergic to. I was offered either a store credit (without confirmation) or a remake that would take another 45 minutes. I chose the remake, as promised. When the second driver arrived, he aggressively accused me of being rude to the first driver, could not explain how, and then told me to never order from them again. This was shocking, unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional. Calling the store afterward got me zero apology, zero accountability, and a dismissive "What do you want me to do? I wasn't there." For a $43 pizza, this level of service is outrageous. Mistakes happen -- but disrespecting and blaming a customer for your errors is unacceptable. I will never order from Tony's Master Pizza again.
