The employee told me the building was closing soon and she didn't WANT to make anymore pizzas for the night, I was a little taken aback by this response but I insisted she make the pizza for me because I am a paying customer and 20 minutes should have been plenty of time to make one pizza. When I got there what I received was nothing less than grotesque. It was not a pepperoni pizza at all Infact there was not a pepperoni in sight instead what I received was a pizza that had no tomato sauce, what smelled like barbecue sauce, a myriad of random cheeses, a sugary topping I assume the use for there cinnamon bites, a mountain of salt, and to top it all off ... CHICKEN BONES! It also was not a whole pizza, it seemed that part of it was missing and it was thrown in the box in a fit of rage. Over all my experience with this restaurant was so bad I may never visit a restaurant in this chain ever again. P.S. There was a boy working there who felt bad for me who gave me complimentary cinnamon bites and those were pretty good.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Tony's Master Pizza (Pembina)…read more I ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza by phone and waited 1.5 hours. When it arrived, it had onions, which I am allergic to. I called the store immediately and was told I had supposedly ordered onions completely false. I've ordered this exact pizza before and would never order something I'm allergic to. I was offered either a store credit (without confirmation) or a remake that would take another 45 minutes. I chose the remake, as promised. When the second driver arrived, he aggressively accused me of being rude to the first driver, could not explain how, and then told me to never order from them again. This was shocking, unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional. Calling the store afterward got me zero apology, zero accountability, and a dismissive "What do you want me to do? I wasn't there." For a $43 pizza, this level of service is outrageous. Mistakes happen -- but disrespecting and blaming a customer for your errors is unacceptable. I will never order from Tony's Master Pizza again.

He settled with Tommy's as he was craving pizza. There's a large area for takeout orders, where you can see the chefs make the pizza. The dining area is at the room next door, and is not big at all, so reservations are highly recommended. It took me a while to decide what I wanted, as the Detroit Style Pizza was tempting. I eventually went with the Scotty Smokevitch, which consisted of pepperoni, sausage, and whipped ricotta. The pizza was quite uneven, which makes me think it was wood fired. It was still good though! Very flavourful, and the ricotta was actually a nice touch. Service was excellent here. I'll definitely return to try their items, including the Detroit style pizza.

Santa Lucia Pizza has been around since 1971. Its first family-run location was in Thompson, MB. It…read moreis long gone, but most of its locations are in Winnipeg and various parts of Manitoba. It has also expanded into Regina and Saskatoon. Santa Lucia offers Greek and Italian fare. It's known for its pizza. I have always loved the pasta from this place. Before I loved Hong Kong-style baked bolognese with meat sauce, I loved the baked spaghetti with meat sauce from this place. You can also get fried chicken, burgers, salads, and sandwiches here. I used to always do delivery because I was never near a location that was close by and didn't own a car for a few years while living in the city. It also didn't have a dine-in restaurant component at the one closest to me. Well, things have changed for the better. After spending a few hours shopping my heart out at Outlet Collection Winnipeg, I needed to grab some dinner. It was my last dinner in Winnipeg before heading home. My old go-to pizza place, Jumbo Pizza, had shuttered for good. Instead, I went with comforting pasta from this Santa Lucia. It was in a shopping area close to where I was staying. I ordered the baked spaghetti with meat sauce online. It comes with garlic bread. I contemplated dessert, but realized that I had vanilla cupcakes to consume back at the apartment. Paying for my food online was easy. It said that my order would be ready in fifteen minutes. It was the perfect amount of time to get there from the outlet. There was lots of parking in this plaza. I found a spot and walked in. The front counter allows you to order takeout. If you want to dine in, you enter on the left side. I was greeted by a friendly woman. I said that I had an online order and stated my name. She smiled and nodded. I felt like I was a regular customer. She handed me a pizza box containing my order. I thanked her and walked out with it. I then took five minutes to drive back to the apartment and chow down. I probably haven't had this meal in over a decade. It tasted exactly how I remembered it. It had baked cheese on top that was both crispy and gooey when you stuck a fork into it. The pasta was al dente. The beef was so good with the fresh tomato sauce. It was a comforting hug eating this entire meal. The slab of garlic bread was generous. It had the right amount of garlic and seasoning. It was soft and crusty where they should be. This location is one of the newer ones. I dig it. I'd love to dine in here the next time I'm in town. However, doing takeout was perfect. My visit and food experience were fantastic. Dropping by reminded me that this business has been around longer than my existence. It makes delicious, quality food that I have missed, but got to savour again. (296)
