Then they lady kept calling us that night. We didn't answer but the vm was extremely rude, almost threatening.. even twice the next day she called back to taunt us to come an get a replacement. What happened there was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only did they not get the order right they made it so difficult that it was just easier to take it as a loss.. witch blew because we traveled all day n we were both exhausted.
