The vibes are super comfy in the office, the front desk staff is always really nice (shoutout to Majesta in the Fairless Hills office) and everything is so so clean. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

Kaki and Shana at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. I was nervous to even vocalize my hair removal desires and there was ZERO awkwardness to the conversation. They make it too easy! I was also tired of shaving my bikini line only to get razor burn and ingrown hairs right before a trip to the beach. I finally had to get someone's attention myself to ask whether I should just reschedule. At that point, I was told "something was going on" and that they would need to close early. Honestly, a quick phone call or text canceling my appointment would have been far more respectful than having me drive there, sit waiting with no communication, and then drive back home without being seen. He listened to my concerns, gave me options, and really took the time to explain everything. Eventually I decided that it wouldn't be worth it to try laser to the area. He was honest and realistic about the results, explaining that the treatment likely wouldn't make a huge difference in their appearance. How refreshing! He refunded my consult fee and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to go back for filler to a different area. He put filler to my temples and cheeks. In the last few years, I didn't like how my face had been looking saggy and a bit unflattering. This gave me the LIFT I needed! My nasolabial folds are essentially gone and I look like I did three years ago. My confidence is soaring and the best thing--no one can even tell what I did. My father passed away shortly after and I waited a year to come back and get the surgery. When I returned I received a different recommendation of fat transfer. I asked several times how fat transfer was going to help with bags under my eyes and they kept assuring me I would get the results I wanted. My results were horrible I still have bags under my eyes and there is no difference in them before or after just a horrible recovery period where I had swelling bruising and skin discoloration for 8 months after surgery. I'm sure she probably gets it right with most patients but she did not get it right with me, nor did the office attempt to make things right in anyway possible. Unlike most of her patients I'm not wealthy and this surgery was an investment for me towards the longevity of my career in entertainment and it was an EPIC fail.
