I was pleasantly surprised and happy at how relaxed the atmosphere was in this place. Very nice facility too. They lent me a mat for my initial visit to see if I liked it first. Now I still felt clumsy, but made it through pretty well. Afterwords, they were very supportive and encouraging. Have to say it was a bit of a workout. It is very beautiful and clean and aesthetically what you would expect; nice boutique in the lobby.
