Eddie would say one thing and then do something completely different, and it became clear that he has a very selective memory when it comes to what was agreed upon. I reached out directly to Eddie through a detailed text message expressing my concerns about the installation of my windows. He never responded--not even an acknowledgment. That alone spoke volumes about the level of customer service. He also provided an estimate to repair the vinyl on my home, and later tried to renege on the work he originally agreed to perform. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and reliability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend T&E Vinyl Siding & Seamless Gutters. Communication, professionalism, and follow-through are essential in this type of work, and unfortunately, they fell short in all three areas.
