This is what set him apart from other Fishbowl Consultants I've spoken with. Other Fishbowl consultants quickly asked you over the phone what you need, then they would quickly e-mail you their hourly rate before getting to you know your business needs. Lance is a true Fishbowl connoisseur. He is a previous Fishbowl employee so he knows the software forwards and backwards like no other. We are in the e-commerce space specifically WooCommerce and Amazon. We need help getting all of our channels to talk to Fishbowl and Quickbooks. Lance had the experience and people around him to help solve our issues. He even went out of his way to connect me with an accountant who specializes in Amazon and Fishbowl to implement best practices for our business. I highly recommend using Brandow Consulting for training if you are a current or prospective Fishbowl customer. He'll get your Fishbowl set-up working perfectly for your EXACT business. I don't recommend using any other companies for training and implementation, not even Fishbowl themselves. Fishbowl support was terrible for us. I've contacted their team multiple times regarding problems with my account and explicitly requested that the matter be escalated to a manager. Despite this, my emails have not been returned, and there has been no follow-up or ownership of the issues raised. More concerning is the contract situation. The contract provided to me has a blank renewal period, yet I'm being told it is valid and enforceable. In addition, I've been overcharged based on the terms of that same contract. These are not minor discrepancies and should have been straightforward to address if someone had engaged. I'm posting this review because direct communication has failed. I would prefer to resolve this privately and professionally, but at this point, public feedback seems to be the only way to get a response.

They added a feature that serves 0 purpose for my business without asking or consulting with me. As an owner of a business that has been open for 85+ years i find it extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for an employee of the company i am paying to try harasss me to get me to be silent. Not only did I feel violated and disrespected, her antics ate the opposite of what she claims to be as a counselor of troubled teens.
