This has happened several times, and I feel like I need to speak my peace…read more On the evening/night shift, some of the employees seem to have little concern for helping customers or going the extra mile. I understand that times have changed and that customer service may not be what it used to be, but kindness and a little willingness to help should never go out of style. It wouldn't hurt to offer a helping hand or simply tell a customer, "Thank you." Those small gestures can make a big difference. I hope management will take this as an opportunity to remind their evening/night staff that customer service, kindness, and appreciation still matter.

The coffee station was really nice, regular, Texas pecan, decaf, triple caff and some others. Also fresh coffee even though it was after 10, coffee was good and not bitter at all. They had lots of flavored creamers, various sweeteners, stuff to sprinkle in for flavor, various sized cups and also a cappuccino machine. Lots of normal convenience store stuff but best of all they had really friendly staff who went out of their way to make conversation and make sure you were finding everything you needed. Will definitely be stopping here on our next road trip.
