First fuel stop of the journey back east, this Love's was an excellent choice. Nearly 21 gallons of 87 octane flowed quickly into the tank and afterwards, we popped inside for a restroom break. Clean outside and inside, there was no trash in the parking lot or the pump area and the men's room was in good shape. The coffee area was tidy and stocked properly so that we were able to get our second coffee of the day. Did I mention the 10 cents per gallon discount on the Love's app? Yep, that really adds up! I stopped and got gas today at Love's in Ozark, AR in the amount of $40.50. When I received a notification from my credit card company, there was a charge of $128.96, as well as the $40.50. I contacted the Love's station and they show where someone pumped $128.96 of diesel on a totally different pump. They told me there was nothing they would do about it. I will have to call my credit card company to cancel the card as well as dispute the charge, however the credit card company can't do anything until 5 business days later, which means they will pay it and then try to recoup. I think the station knows this, that's why they won't reverse the charge. I would personally not use this station ever again. It even put me off from using all Love's Travel Stops in the future. Be very careful if you use this Love's Travel Stop. read more

If I had to label this review, it would be "Truckstop Going to Seed". I have been going to this Love's ever since it opened and I'm starting to notice it's decline. Don't get me wrong, it's not a dirty or rundown joint, but it just feels like it is leaning towards the dingy side. What this place needs is an overhaul. A remodeling would really bring this building back to life. Kind of like Nicole Kidman's facelift. I'm kidding, I love Nicole Kidman and I think she looks great. For a quick splash of gas or a snack to get you on down the highway, this place fits the bill. read more

Very RUDE Staff!!!! RACIST!!! I'm a Pacific Islander so I'm fairly brown. I was Moving from San Francisco,CA to Montgomery,AL (AIR-FORCE)and stopped by this Loves to re-fuel and stretch... The Cashier said "whadda ya want?" when I walked in the door and I was already aware of what was going on so I got a few drinks for the road and took it up to the counter to purchase. The same welcoming Cashier was the one that was supposed to ring me up but instead of helping me(i was next in line) she waived over the white lady in back of me and helped her instead... just awesome!!!!! -if your white, you wont have a problem... other than white, go somewhere else... read more

Absolutely filthy and disgusting restrooms (my husband confirmed the same for the men's room.) I was going to buy a snack of some sort for the drive back to Fayetteville, but after being subjected to the state of their bathrooms I couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more
