When our turn came, the crew was at our house earlier than expected. The work far exceeded our expectations and they were not bothered when we asked for minor changes and upgrades to the agreed renovations. The finished product is beautiful and well worth the wait. I know many homeowners whom had "quick fixes" after the hurricane. The results were less than satisfactory. I'd definitely use them again.

We were told we would have completed bids "later this week or sometime next week". After no contact we called on December 11 and were told "still another week or so". Fast forward to January 8, 2024 and still nothing. Jeff did return our voice message the next day. He apologized for the delay and said he still needed "a couple more days". It's now February 10th and we're recieved no bids, no calls, e-mails or contact of any kind. At over 25,000 square feet, we are NO small fish but rather one of the largest entertainment venues in all of Englewood and Venice yet we can't get even basic courtesy or customer service. We assume there is some sort of internal crisis within Lemon Bay Construction as that's the only explanation for such poor customer service. We recommend staying away from Lemon Bay Construction until they iron out their problems.
