It was the best possible scenario I can't say enough about Mitch and his team the quality of work they do, the speed of work was amazing. " Yeah we can do that but, did you think about x y and z " one example was suggesting to move the shut off so you dont get wet when you turn water on waiting for the hot water. Even after the project Mitch followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions. I can recommend 4K homes for any of your projects!!!

We chose Casual Homes because Tim & Sherry were open, honest, and easy to work with, plus they came with very strong reviews. Time warned us that it would be a 6-week project, and it took a few more days due to waiting on counter tops to be installed and a couple of other issues. They were on site almost every day to make sure we were happy. The crew doing the work -- Shawn, Casey, Ryan, and a few others at various times -- were fantastic and fun to work with. They use subcontractors for the floor (which looks amazing!) and electric (that didn't go so well). Everything turned out even better than we envisioned. We had a couple of issues that we weren't happy with, but Tim worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. We're happy to recommend Casual Homes!

I would highly recommend Casual Homes for your remodel project! We needed our master bath to be…read moregutted and completely re-done. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but I don't really have a good decorating sense. This team was SO helpful! Tim and Sherry gave me suggestions and sketched out a floor plan to meet my budget. Joe and Jim got started on the demolition. With Jim working on the demo, Joe took me shopping. He was patient and helpful, taking me to several places until I found the right tile and flooring. AND THEN, the pandemic hit! But I was not abandoned. Joe and Jim continued working every single day and slowly my bathroom took shape! Their work ethic is amazing. They both even worked on the weekends to keep things moving "in case" the pandemic shut them down. They laid down protective covering on the floor from out in the driveway, all the way through the house to the master bathroom. They used plastic sheeting to protect all our furniture from the demo dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work area and vacuumed their way out of the house. In spite of some suppliers shutting down because of covid-19, Joe and Jim somehow managed to get everything they needed and finish the job. They paid close attention to detail and explained everything. There were many days that I fretted over this or that, but Joe was always ready to address my concerns and reassure me that I was going to love my bathroom. He was right!! I do love it! The final finishing trim was done by Shawn and he, too, did a great job! Hey, Tim and Sherry ... you've got GREAT employees! You are lucky to have such hardworking, honest and trustworthy guys on your team. And I hope you know that Joe is worth his weight in gold (and he's a BIG guy!). Thank you all for my new bathroom!!
