This is my 444th review. Fait or confidence-- either way, I call it magic my friends, pure beauty! Due to a gas leak, I was kicked out of my hotel earlier than anticipated. I had important meetings and needed to work. I yelped coffee shops and found this place. I quickly headed over- not showering, not fully dressed (appropriately), breath probably smelled like, well-- you know--. Parking: well, not knowing the area I passed the street parking and into the lot in which this establishment is connected to; however, it's for the County and there were no spots. I parked down the street and walked. When I approached the shop I debated on sitting outside because it looked so relaxing, but didn't see any outlets for my computer. I went inside and was immediately welcomed by who I am assuming was the owner. I asked for an Iced Americano (yes, Dani S, I cheated) and sat down. I was offered a menu. She said she would bring it to me, but I said I'd be happy to save her some steps and take it now. I noticed there was hot food in the warmer-- Indian Food, or so I thought, but it was more Asian inspired. I was delivered my drink in a large, thick glass cup and it was tasty! I looked over the menu, I couldn't make a decision as it all sounded mouth-watering with great prices (see photos)! So, I decided to go with the food in the warmer. Thai Chicken Satay and Japanese Teriyaki Chicken with fried rice was my choice all for $6.99. The food was flavorful and yummy, but lukewarm. I ended up having a few conversations with LoriJo. She checked on all of us, and was super friendly! I liked this place and if I lived here, I would be a regular! If you visit here, tell LoriJo she has a fan!

    Nice. Both coffee and meals. It sorta feels like a diner/coffee house. I would certainly come back. This app says the review is shorter than most. Does that mean the NSA needs more of my writing samples to maintain a more complete electronic profile?

    Great coffee and breakfast place not far off 15. We're traveling thru Idaho and like to find local places to eat. The cappuccino was excellent, the French toast, ham and egg breakfast was yummy. Cute quaint place for a terrific breakfast. Enjoy!!

    Red Hot Roasters is in my mind that perfect hole in the wall place. It's the kind of place you feel a real sense of achievement on having discovered. So I'm in in Pocatello and my sister tells me they are the best cup of coffee in town, so I thought I give them a try and I was hungry so I thought I'd get a bite. I ordered what was called a Meat McCabe. What I got was nothing short of a work of art. The bread toasted crisp and the grilled vegetables were just perfect. The meat was cooked and the cheese melty. I recommend this highly! The portions were bigger than expected and I am a full happy man! Their coffee is quite swell. I would order mine a triple shot next time so you might keep that in mind. But it wasn't over sweet which can be a big problem in many places. Bottom line, if you are male take a special person here for lunch, you can thank me later. If you are a member of the more beautiful gender, subtlety insinuate that this is where he should take you to lunch.

    There was a Thai flair to the shop. They had a language class going in the back which was interesting. The lady behind the counter really loved the Irish creme and highly recommended it. We went with the caramel breve and the vanilla cappuccino and they were delicious! Would definitely go back if I'm in the area.

    Nice selection of luncheon items pannis wraps soups sandwiches not to mention the red potatoes blue cheese salad which I like this. A lot

    Red Hot Roasters is located in a tiny, convenient spot in downtown Pocatello, and if you're on your way to the Post Office or anywhere else downtown, it's a great place for a quick cup. My cappuccino was yummy and the large "to stay" ceramic cup encouraged me to sit and savor, rather than sip and run! Very quiet when I stopped by in the late morning, but that didn't bother me... after all, coffee can be enjoyed most any old way!

    I happened into Pocatello Idaho for work. And stumbled across this place. I'll just say do it. This is a cool spot with nice staff and awesome coffee.

    New hours seem to be these - and closed on Saturdays :-/

    Lunch is good, service is great. Kitchen can be overwhelmed at busy times but worth the wait.

The friendly staff and engaging owners make this a very unique and inviting cafe (a close second). The fantastic fresh Made-To-Order inventive sandwiches along with the decadent pastries (I admit, are equal to coffee), and then the bomb of never-ending discoveries in this fantastic gift 'emporium'--on top of that, they are ANIMAL FRIENDLY!! We saw some of the cutest pups, but only got pics of one. All of this flowing seamlessly together makes this place one of a kind. This is a fantastic breakfast brunch spot with a quiet and inviting atmosphere. The Cafe has a nostalgic feel, with comfy & cozy retro style seating and large solid wood tables scattered about a uniquely eclectic gift shop. The blackberry scone was exceptional, so we asked the counter staff about it. We were told that the baked treats--along with bread loaves that are sold to local establishments--are made by the owner's wife, Elaine Kelvie, downstairs in the bakery (baked goods available in the counter display case on main floor). She even took the time to go downstairs and alert her that we loved her baked creations, and would like to meet her. Elaine came upstairs and introduced herself to us, while we praised her for our delightful cinnamon roll and blackberry scone. The other owner, her husband Bill Kelvie, who had made my delicious roast beef and pepper jack on toasted rye, came out from the back and introduced himself to us. He told us a little bit about the other shop they own in the historic building, the neighboring Gate City Gift & Gallery. Get this--the owner who made our great food, his MOTHER works/runs that neighboring Gift & Gallery shop. These are wonderful friendly people. We marveled at the many curious gifts that surrounded us while we sat and enjoyed our food. After finishing our indulgent meals, we began rummaging through the never-ending discoveries. Fascinated by the unique treasures that constantly drew us to their other massive gift and antiques shop next door. There's some really cool canvasses by local artists hanging for sale in there. I could not even see it all because It's two stories, with some unique clinics consigning space on the second floor, and climbing the spiraling stairs to up, would be an exhausting adventure for me, but WE took pictures for you. This wonderful Cafe and it's neighboring shop are a Must-Go-To. Check the photos.
