However if there was an issue, not sure how we would have had it resolved seeing I can't get a hold of someone. The last straw came when I received an email from the CEO directly, "Please start booking another car service these guys are nuts and scary!". Though there is no further detail or explanation, I have to take this as a pretty solid testimony. Look elsewhere!

No follow up, No apologies. Even tho he was well aware that one of is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Would not recommend. NB. We were leaving for the airport in FL at 11 am to board a 3 pm flight to NY, arriving at 6pm. So not close to "hours after we landed". Pickup was scheduled for 6 pm. PA bridge collapse was A WEEk+ prior to our trip, June 11th. Our flight was June 22nd. They have NEVER offered any apologies at all. That would have gone a long way but they did not even attempt to apologiz.
