I live in Virginia Beach, VA. I ordered six flats (50 plants/flat) of vinca minor 'Bowles' last…read moremonth from CF Hydroponics, described in the website as part of the Cleatus Farms family, located in Northvale, NJ. The price for the plants was by far the most reasonable I had come across. I had spoken with a lady at CF Hydroponics by telephone beforehand, and she was very helpful, recommending UPS shipping (which is also reasonable cost-wise) and assuring me that the plants would arrive in good condition and likely arrive in two days. The flats did arrive in two days via UPS, with three flats per parcel. All plants were in very good condition. All plants rooted nicely. I ordered five more flats last week. Again these flats arrived in two days, a parcel with two flats and a parcel with three flats. Four of the five flats were very healthy like the first batch, but one of the flats was not, with the peat pots visibly dry and some of the plants having shedded some yellow leaves. The plants from all five flats are, so far, doing well. Had it not been for the dry flat, which, fortunately, appears to be taking, this would definitely be a five star review.

I hired a landscaper to work on several garden projects on my property. This included sodding, and…read moregarden bed plantings (green giants, shrubs, etc). He was very wishy-washy with how much water the plants needed. He recommended calling the nursery where he got the plants to confirm. I called Prospero Nursery to inquire about the watering. I spoke to a woman that had quite the attitude and was very dismissive. She refused to give me any information on how much water the plants would need to thrive and kept raising her voice. I had to keep insisting that I needed help, having spent A LOT of money at their nursery. Eventually she transferred the call to a man named Craig, who was the complete opposite; very helpful and professional with his tone! I decided to let it go. I ended up calling again a week later when the sod was delivered. My one singular question was regarding the grass mix (whether it was 100% kentucky blue grass or mixed). I spoke to a woman who literally said to me "Im busy right now", cut me dead in tracks, and proceeded to leave me on hold for an extended period of time. Eventually another woman answered and I had to start the conversation over as she was unaware about my inquiry. She answered my ONE question in a matter of SECONDS and the call was done. To the woman that continues to answer the phone with a rude, loud and disrespectful tone... the same woman who refuses to actually help REAL customers... please do better or make moves!
