I discovered they've had a renaissance with customer service and repairs. I was told they fired the problem mechanics. My John Deere 13-horsepower snow blower is obsolete and no longer supported. They searched for and found the discontinued flywheel and installed it. I had continuous updates as to the status, progress, and plan for repair. Thanks to Antonio, Jack, and Nick, my machine plowed like a champ in today's snowstorm in Munds Park. My name is Lou, and I stand by my review.

I had worked with a company previous to him that left me hanging, I called Matt and he returned my call, came out gave me an estimate and scheduled the work. The excavation was difficult as our front yard was full of underground boulders. Matt had the proper equipment and needless to say completed the job without any problems. My power steering pump was burnt up. I am keeping my truck indefinitely so I bought brand new power…read moresteering pump and all new lines from Napa ($550) and a case of OEM fluid from Ford. I told Reggie I wanted the old fluid flushed out before the new parts were installed. Reggie said no problem and quoted me 2 hours verbally. 4 hours into the job I checked in with the "mechanic" all the new parts except one line are installed and my case of fluid is not even opened. I lost my temper. The mechanic told me to talk to Reggie. Reggie tried to lie to me but I lost my temper. Reggie had his mechanic not replace the final line and leave the old fluid in. $444 charged. Reggie told me he did that because I was a toxic individual and had mental problems. I have problems with people wrecking my truck and charging hundreds of dollars. On the way home the odor of burnt fluid was so bad I had to pull over to make sure my motor was not on fire. Avoid this shop.

If you need work on your car take it here…read more Reg is an honest and honorable man. He probably won't be the cheapest, but he does quality work and won't make up problems. You will get a fair days work for a fair days pay. It is that simple and you will be happy when you leave. He does work on my car and it runs like new, looks like new and is well taken care of and it has 262,000 miles on it. I need new shocks, plugs, struts etc. after these many miles. We scheduled to have a few rooms (three of our four) done plus our couch and after thinking about it decided to add the extra room, hall and a linen headboard. They were super accommodating and flexible for us to be able to add in these things and explained so much ahead of time in relation to what to expect and why (I didn't even think you'd need that for just carpet cleaning but you'd be surprised!) I felt like everyone actually knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. The guys showed up at our house on time, they were professional and friendly as well. They explained again the process, made some solid recommendations- did not feel like they were salesmen at all! I do not know how we would have navigated this process without the professional expertise of this company, specifically the owner, Loretta. She had the difficult task of helping us submit claims to both our private insurance and the HOA insurance, both of which didn't want to pay their part. We were also faced with labor shortages, supply delays and slow insurance reimbursement but she magically made it all work. She exceeded our expectations in everything she handled. Whenever we hit a bump in the road, she had a potential solution and was cheerful and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I chose Thane because of the glowing reviews, however, I must've missed the one about him ruining…read morethe rugs. I left him with a $8000 rug that had been ruined by my Dad's dog. Thane said he would do his best, but couldn't guarantee that the stain would come out. $640 and two months later, I finally get the rug back. I appreciated Thane's honesty when he said he couldn't get the stain out. When I got it home and unrolled it, the stain was worse than what it was when I sent it to him. In fact, it looked like it has spread. I don't think Thane ever vacuumed the rug prior to "cleaning" it. My husband and I have vacuumed over the rug almost a dozen times and are still pulling out a TON of dirt. Sadly, there are now chunks of the rug missing from simply vacuuming it. Thane said he power washed it and let it sit in a solution to get the smell out. He got the smell out, and ruined the rest of it. All I want is my $640 back. I'm not even asking him to replace the rug. I don't think he did anything to clean the rug other than power wash it and let it sit in soap, which, by the way, is still coming out when I rinse it with the shampooer.
