We went in this store and told the man what we wanted. A tobacco flavored juice. He said "no. You dont want that at all. You are probably just starting out, lemme tell you want you need." He continued to speak to us like we were morons and tried to convince us not to buy what we asked for. After realizing this dude was a pretentious jerk we slowly backed out of the store. Not taking the hint he continued to ask us to bring in our "rig" and he can inspect it see if it can withstand a type of viscous liquid and blah blah blah. We just wanted some vape juice and ended up with a lesson in douchery.... tip for businesses: when someone comes in and tells you what they want, just give it to them. Decent place to shop. Aesthetically not very pleasing to the eye, but they make up for that with their friendly staff and huge selection of liquids/vapes. For me it was pretty one-stop-shop. Got a vape, a couple liquids, incense, and even a lemonade (they sell drinks too). Their vapes and juice can be a little expensive; but since the employees and owner are not only helpful but fun to talk to, you don't mind throwing in a couple extra bucks. They are genuinely interested in helping people quit smoking cigarettes with vaping,which is hard to find from a vape shop. Bought quite a bit here. read more

The staff is generally too busy chatting it up with people who come and hang out in the shop to help customers who are buying items. I bought a SMOK vape here (had recently moved and broken mine) and realized after leaving that they marked up the price by 3x what I could have gotten online. My mother went in to the store to buy some vape juice for her boyfriend. She said she wanted banana abd orange creamsicle with no nicotine, he said " Why are you getting it with no nicotine?" And kept telling us to buy it with nicotine, my mom said no I want this, and then she bought it, then at the end he says sorry if i offended you. LIKE DUH obviously you did. Ok honestly this place is the worst. I go here a lot just because its the closest one to me and I just don't think I can do it anymore ill gladly go somewhere else a little further away. I understand PA is terrible with taxes on vape businesses but 40+ dollars for a 100ml bottle of juice or like 30 for 60ml that is DARK BROWN!!! The manager is a know it all literally someone's already mentioned it here you walk in knowing what you want nope you want what he tells you you want strawberry no let me show you this blueberry you actually want. He seems knowledgeable enough and if your new to vaping sure he can show you what you need make recommendations and its fine but not everyone entering your store is new and you don't need to act like everyone is. I don't think ill be going back i never have liked the place that much and buying a 60ml bottle of dark brown juice tonight for 30 or 35 bucks while your employee tells me the the color is fine is the breaking point for me!!!!!!!! read more

First I do have to say the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately all of their merchandise is way overpriced and the Smok vape they sold me was way overpriced and also an old outdated model. I bought 3 different juices and whenever i stopped in another vape shop they informed me that 9lives doesnt even make juice anymore and they were pushed on me to get the product off the shelf. Also,i paid way too much for the juice and mod. They had the exact same mod for less than half the price. I will not be going back to Red Devil and will be letting all of my friends know as well. read more
