I went to Ariadni first on 10/24/18 for relief for a medical diagnosis of frozen shoulder. My health care provider Dr. diagnosed me and gave me exercises to do and said it will take time. Everything I read online said it was a 1-3 yr healing process. No way, not with the pain and limited ROM I had. So I turned to acupuncture. Glad I chose Red Crane Wellness. Ariadni listened and was receptive to my symptoms. She also thought I needed some other treatment and referred me to a massage therapist (CatalystBodyWorks) who specializes in injuries. I started bringing my young adult daughter to Dr. Spinali in May of this year and I can't even express with words how the quality of her life has vastly improved! We came in because of an auto immune disease she has called Alopecia Areata, where you lose your hair. She had been suffering with it for about 18 months, but when she started to lose her eyebrows and eyelashes, she just couldn't take it anymore. She also has PCOS, eczema, depression, asthma, stomach issues and more... I originally had acupuncture from Ariadni when she was in the student clinic at South Baylo. I have continued seeing Ariadni as my go to acupuncturist. I was treated for very painful plantar fasciitis pain in my right heel. It hurt when I took my first steps in the morning and if I walked too much it also flared up.
