The reason this isn't one star is the staff were all very nice and helpful…read more Kato Rundle is a therapist there, who worked with me for 3 months. I was leaving an abusive relationship and struggling with grief and wanting to grow. Kato didn't seem to really pay attention to what I was saying, didn't remember what I'd said from past sessions, didn't seem to care at all about me or helping me (professional detachment is fine, but I would like to feel like they genuinely want me to succeed), was never prepared for a session, kept our hour sessions down to as close to 50 minutes as possible, consistently made promises about "next week we'll focus on _____" or "so let's do some education next week!" without ever following through, canceled a session with 3 hours notice and no reimbursement for my inconvenience (if I did the same, I'd be charged $150 for their inconvenience), and at our last session kicked me out 40 minutes early after saying she didn't want to waste anyone's time. I think Therapy Today should really reconsider their professional relationship with Ms. Rundle. I don't necessarily plan to leave their office, as their intake coordinator wants to work with me to find someone else, but at least I won't have a hard time finding a better therapist than Kato. TLDR: Therapy Today is a 4 star office, but Kato Rundle is a 0 star therapist

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would rather be greeted by a chainsaw than…read morethe rude, illiterate, fat lard that "assisted me" at the front desk, they couldn't do anything right. The only positive experience I had was the phone conversation I had with Pam who was everything a business should provide, at the very beginning of my experience with this toilet bowl that calls itself a business. After talking with her, it all went downhill. The best thing this so called office could do for the community would be to close.

Her reviews are fake and repeat across various platforms, her methods have no basis, and her care is a waste of time and effort.

Dr. Heather Zak is and will remain one of my favorite people on this planet…read more She was recommended by plaintiff mothers' attorney during litigation in August 2015. Thankfully the local dis-honorable judge laura baird in my district knew that as well. Unfortunately Dr. Zak has received negative attention, which is precisely why she was recommended by plaintiff mothers' attorney. That's how the game works in Ingham County. The very first rule Dr. Zak implores before treating families from FoC cases is BOTH PARENTS STAY. Long, sad, and tragic story short...Dr. Zak did everything within her power to reconcile our family after nine years of volatile divorce proceedings. She can read between the lines, filter through the bullchit, and still focus ON THE CHILD(REN). I will be forever thankful to the effort Dr. Zak gave in trying to heal my relationship with my child after a decade of parental alienation. She was the first person from that system to actually look at my child as more important than decades-old bitter feelings. Dr. Zak is not afraid to look at a female/mother as the reason for family breakdowns. Dr. Zak (during the time mother "participated") gave me five more months with my child that I will cherish forever. Again though, there is a caveat. While the Ingham county referees like her, ultimately the judge(s?) do not. Likely if she is "recommended" for FoC services, it's a booby trap. I would trust her with my life. That's my final opinion. If you want what Dr. Zak has to offer, be prepared to walk in open and honest about moving forward. If not, she will see right through it in very short time.

I have always had nothing but good things to say about Meridian. But today things have changed…read moreafter my last meeting with Tracey Green np! She should not have a job with them because she does not meet the qualifications for this position. She does not have any compassion for her patients. She left me high and dry without any further help and treated me like someone that just wanted to stay out of work. I never asked her for one extra day off of work. She did previously offer to help me with aftercare and a stable medication. Today she completely flipped the script and didn't not help me with anything. She made me feel unworthy and caused me to get angry and upset. This is absolutely ridiculous and i need some type of answers on how this will be fixed so that no one ever has to have this experience with Meridian ever again

I would say this place is trash, but that would be insulting to trash. Their receptionists become…read morecondescending at the slightest hint that you might present them with actual work. Reception also told me that my visits only cost me a $30 copay (which made sense to me, cause that's what it costs at my usual physician). After 4 session, I got a bill in excess of $600. Dr.Till was well aware that financial troubles were a huge contributor to my mental health crisis at the time, yet felt the need to verbally abuse me for not understanding the terminology in my insurance plan (mind you, this was my first time having insurance in about 10 years, which he also was aware of). In trying to discuss this with billing, in hopes of working out some sort of negotiation; I was greeted, yet again, with verbal abuse and condescension. Not only will these people NOT help you with mental health problems; they will make them considerably worse, and then send you a bigger bill than the one they initially used to manipulate you into returning multiple times.
