The boy who was at the counter--I…read moredont know his name, heavy set, white, had to use his phone to look up the brake fluid after I gave him the make, year, engine, & when l asked how much fluid did it show was needed (so I could get the right sized bottle), he said he didn't know. I bought the smaller container & went out to my truck, grabbed my manual, & popped the hood; the manual provided me nothing as far as which was the reservoir, so I went back inside & asked him if it showed the reservoir & he said no. There was another employee who was finishing w/his customer, Corey, young black man, & I asked him if he had any vehicle experience, & he said he did. He went outside w/me, showed me which reservoir was the brake fluid & helped me get the cap off, he showed me where the lines were for filling on the reservoir. I filled the reservoir & he said he'd throw away the empty container for me & I thanked him. Corey was polite, very helpful, & KNOWLEDGEABLE, unlike his co-worker who did just the minimum to make the sale! So, LADIES, if you ever need someone to help you out, I suggest you ask for Corey, as he demonstrated everything I expect someone working in an autoparts store to know & do! I would have given 5 stars if not for the inexperienced young man l dealtvwith first!

Took my atv to Crestview motorsports looking to get some parts replaced. After three weeks with…read morenothing being done I went to check on my atv. I told them in person to cancel the service once I realized NOTHING had been done to the atv. I was told my atv had to be reassembled for insurance purposes but I seen my atv it was completely intact. Nearly forty minutes later I was told the repair was complete after I had already cancelled it. The rush to repair the vehicle after I requested to cancel. I was then wrongfully charged for a repair I didn't authorize. Still going through proceedings with this business. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!

Once I got it home, I still could not get it to crank. I checked all that was repaired to my knowledge. It took three weeks for this one repair, and I was put-off for several calls. initially, I was told this repair would cost 120.00, once I went to pick it up the final cost was 221.00. Soon after I contacted another business in Crestview that works on Motorcycles. It needed two new parts, and once that was replaced and repaired, it still would not crank. The push start button that was (said) to be repaired at Motorsports was still part of the problem. They did not repair it at all, in fact the wire was split. NONE OF THIS WAS NEVER REPAIRED! Don't waste you time or money on this business.
