Janelle and Julie in the office were friendly and accommodating when setting up the scheduling. Sales rep John arrived at our house right on time and showed us all our available options. He was knowledgeable about the products, his approach not at all high-pressured, and we found his price to be more than fair. Installation rep Dan measured the skylights and while doing so, explained how the shades would fit inside the window frames. When he returned with his colleague, Billy, to install the shades, they did an amazing job. They were considerate of our property, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up everything when their work was done. A very professional job end to end. We are thrilled with our purchase. The shades are high quality, function smoothly, fit perfectly, and completely block the light. My mother went there this morning with a lamp that's switch was broken. She showed me over the…read morephone the problem, it simply needed tightening, but I was not in the area to assist. The owner took the lamp in back to look at and repair, in less than 5 minutes he brought it back ready-to-go; however, he charged her $25 plus tax. When she questioned him if why such a basic job cost so much he had no answer. He never gave her a quote, he just fixed it and charged an inflated rate. Most reputable repair stores would have tightened it for free, or charged a small service fee. There are plenty of family-run reputable electrical repair shops in the area, go anywhere but here! Horrible service, horrible owner, be warned!
