There's a huge overhanging lead wall for experienced climbers, and a fun area for the kiddos with slides built into the the walls in the back area. There's a huge top-out boulder in the center of the gym with a huge prow, great for big overhanging boulder problems. These features are even more impressive when you consider the owners designed and built the walls themselves. The quality of this gym would make it successful in any big city in the country. Rochester is super lucky to have this gym. I think the owners did a great job building a gym that's great for first timers as well as serious climbers. I grew up on a farm, not a zookeeper, but the animals looked very uncomfortable.
