I was asking for premium work and she gave me a very premium estimate. Beyond anything I imagined. I agreed to the estimate and wanted the work done. She cleaned the first two rooms great, then called me to say it was more than she expected and she was going to need more money if I expected a detail clean. I told her no, and she did a hit and miss on the rest of the house. We had an agreement and she went back on her word. This woman needs to realize your word is everything and if you aren't an honest person you will not make it in business. And then mysteriously $20 came up missing...just saying, I don't know what happened to it.
