They showed me my room had me settle in shower and got me some food which I was starving after spending more than for hours at the clinic for preop. My housemates for the week were also welcoming. Ms. Opal runs a house filled with love so her patients feel that they are a home away from home. Surgery was no joke as I did a combo procedure. But they are beyond accommodating to make sure I am always comfortable. She called my family after surgery to let them know I was ok. I got to speak to them but I was still a little bit out of it. Extremely grateful for that because traveling alone your family worries. Cleanliness they are constantly cleaning sweeping, moping, disinfecting, etc. there are snacks Gatorade, juices and you if you have special request even down to a peanut butter sandwich they will accommodate you. Reminder after surgery with anesthesia and pain meds will be difficult to use the bathroom they have prune juice and serve it warm along with stool softener with laxative. Massages with Sandra were so gentle and she knows how to work her hands. Cooking between Ms. Opal and Dee throwing down in the kitchen I was sad to know I was going home was to factor meals for the next two weeks. I immediately requested a refund and was told it would be processed the next day, but after 7 days I still had not received it. I disputed the charge with my bank, but the company falsely claimed services were provided, even though I never stayed there because they could not accommodate me. When I followed up, I received inconsistent explanations. First, I was told they did not know what happened with the website, then later I was told the booking was "non-refundable." I do not believe a non-refundable policy should apply when the business is unable to provide the service purchased. e I believe the business acted unfairly and misleadingly. The owner was also EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive a scam too. BEWARE. I wish I read these reviews before booking

The prolotherapy injections completely took away my neck pain, after the first 1-2 weeks of having slightly increased pain, which Dr. Mahl had warned me about prior to the procedure. I had some issues with the bills being clear after the fact with the administrative side of the office.
