One down side is the rooms are not sound proof and isn't that kind of the point? During the first 10 minutes of floating in my pod I hear one of the workers walking up and down the Hall outside the room making all kinds of noise. Sounded like banging pots and pans. Very distracting. After the noise stopped it was much more peaceful.

I realize this is very first world problems stuff, but it also seems like a baseline thing to get right. If their automated reminder texts had details on what you booked, that would have been helpful so I could have caught the error before the day of service. I also should have gotten the name of the person who booked it for us, and that's on me. Willing to try again when I am in town next!
