I had a fantastic massage here with Tequila on Saturday and would absolutely return in the future - however, I was frustrated that the 90 minute massage I am 1000% sure I booked was instead booked as a 60 minute service. I realize this is very first world problems stuff, but it also seems like a baseline thing to get right. If their automated reminder texts had details on what you booked, that would have been helpful so I could have caught the error before the day of service. After rave review from a local radio station I needed to try this to see if it would help w/ neck, lower back & fibromyalgia. It took some getting use to and felt pressure on my back so I did roll over, use the neck floaty, and lie that way for a bit. I also did some lower back stretching while in there which I haven't been able to do for a while. Once all of that was done (lol) I floated and found the perfect time to pray. My only problem was with having to wash my hair before & after because of my neck injury and pain when raising my arms up. I asked afterward about wearing a shower cap & was given the ok. Make sure to allow time afterwards for drying (blow dryers are available) if you don't want to leave w/ wet hair and have someplace to be. Lisa was great and I will be returning! read more

First time visit, great customer service prior, during and after my float. This was my first time floating in a pod and they made it very accommodating by allowing for full sensory deprivation experience from the start by not playing music. Really happy to find such a place in Arkansas. Really felt much more relax mentally and physically afterwards. This was my first time here, and I came to try the floating bath. My first impression was that the facility has a nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere. But I sat around waiting for awhile before I was given attention about my check in. After I changed into a robe , I again sat around for a while before someone took me back. No one offered me anything to drink or if I needed anything, which is something I've experienced at other spas I've gone to. I went into my room and had to wait an additional 8 minutes for the filtration system to shut off. Then once I started the float, I noticed hair stuck to to the side of the tub. Then within a few seconds, the salt really irritated my scalp so I had to shower off and get out after a few minutes because I couldn't stand it any longer. I told the lady at the front desk that the salt was irritating me so much I had to cut it short, and she didn't offer to do anything or even say "sorry you had a bad experience." She just looked at me like I was bothering her then she continued to look back at her computer. Update: the owners reached out to apologize for my experience and offered me a free float. They also mentioned they would bring this up to their staff. I must have gone on a bad day, so I added another star to my review, but I still won't be returning due to the irritation from the salt I experienced. read more

FLOATspa Katy is incredible! The facility is beautiful with top of the line hair and skin products in the locker/dressing room. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions. The hour I spent in the pod was the most relaxing hour I've had in years!
