I didn't have on my glasses so I couldn't see what was going on towards the back of the store. I just knew folks were in the back of the shop. I asked the young lady that was helping the customer should I wait for her to help me or can the folks in the back help me. She was rude and flippant with me. She said sarcastically "yes that's why they are behind the counter, you think? I went to the back of the store " I'm injured, so I'm a crutches". There were 5 people behind the counter. There was one customer being help. None of them ask could they help me. Eventually I had to lean on the counter because my ankle was hurting. I stood there twenty mins. I asked one Customer service guy if he could help me he said, no he was at lunch. I continue to stand there in pain when a lady behind the counter finally asked if she could help me. This is a horrible place. I felt very uncomfortable and will never step one foot in that establishment.
