I needed a website for a new business I was starting. I had already looked into WIXX they seemed…read morepretty reasonable. Not knowing anything about websites I clicked on "Hire A Professional" . I was directed to PIMM USA. I called and the Salesman told me all the wonderful things they were going to do for me. I would have a strong presence on Facebook. The would handle all of the SEO work. So I could be found by anyone on the internet. So I went for it for $300. Per Month. Within a couple of weeks I new it was a mistake. Nothing was happening, so I called Ryan Patterson to express my dissatisfaction. He said he would look into it for me. A week later, still with no website, I called back to say a I made a mistake and wanted to withdraw from the contract. That is when he told me I was basically stuck with them. The don't let people out of contracts. The salesman, Adam Levine, like most salesman who have lied to you, never answered his phone or responded to emails from me again. He did what he got paid for. I decided , since they were going to bleed the money out of me anyway, I'd try to get something out of it. I didn't. They eventually got the site "finished" . Again in texting with Ryan Patterson, He said that PIMM USA would handle all the SEO work which is the most important part of having a website. I still have the texts. They didn't. After 10 months and $3000. , not one single person found my website. NOT ONE. They also made a FB page with just as many visitors. Today I had another company look at the site. They told me all of the many thing that had to be fixed with my site, before any SEO would even help, because the site was built wrong from the beginning. I spoke to an attorney who advised me to simply ask for my money back, before going through the legal system. I'm waiting for them to call me back now. Oh and the did let me out of the contract after 10 months, but only if I would remove another review I left of them.

DesignitUpNow is by far the best web site builder company I have ever worked with. Professional,…read moreresponsive and understands exactly what you want even if you dont know what you want! They were intuitive...Now that's nearly impossible to find a website builder who is intuitive. They just 'GOT IT" they understood what I was trying to achieve, and they listened and made it happen, and Fast! Not dragged out like all the other web site companies I have dealt with..... Believe me I have hired many website developers over the years, and would you believe, NOT ONE of the companies I worked with in the past could produce even a basic nice website.... I actually gave up and thought to myself--does anyone really know how to make a great website? One that is great in appearance, responsive and for a price that doesn't break the bank? Even the bank busting website developers couldn't make a decent website for us. Not until I found DesignitUpNow! Simply put, NONE of the OTHER companies compare not DesignitUpNow...not only were they great to work with, they were so patient with me. I had several family emergencies so I could not sit down and go over my site with them I kept them hanging for months almost afraid to call them back...But they were so kind and patient, never complained and were ready to help when I was ready. But the minute I sat down it was literally three calls a few emails and ...There it was..The Website I have hoped for ...Beautiful, Professional, nd Responsive. Franky (my designer/developer) was fast, responsive, and can do everything that your platform allows. My platform was Wix. Franky never once took offense if I wanted changes, usually changes were needed because I wasn't sure what I liked as far as layout, or wording on a page. Nope....he was amazing, patient, super creative and designed not a great website, BUT an AMAZING website! Franky not only made a beautiful website he far exceeded my expectations. My website looks like it cost at least 50K or more. A Professional design, easy to use, responsive, and makes us look like a TOP Notch 5 STAR Service Business. Calls have spiked significantly and literally within Day 1 of our Website going Live! You would think we were running a pay per click advertising. Im very grateful to have found such a great company! He's simply a Pro in every way!
