Therapy can be a "taboo" subject for some people but if you're in need of help/guidance- give them a try! I go to Kelby every other week and she's been amazing for me and my growth. (I know I was worried that it would be pricey- and it wasn't at all!)!

The ease of scheduling an appointment and the comfort and privacy of the office are conducive to a helpful and healing environment and experience. They do accept insurance, but make sure you mention it when you call to schedule the first time because it may make a difference in who you see. When you come in the first time, come 15 minutes early or so to fill out the paperwork; it may be waiting for you on a clip board since everyone may be in session and they don't have a full-time receptionist. (But I find that for this kind of therapy, some times it's better to not have to interact with anyone but the therapist). My kids and I see Michelle Dean and have had a year of emotional and physical healing through her therapy sessions. EVERYONE can benefit from counseling, never underestimate the power of talk therapy. The counselors have so many techniques and so much insight into so many situations. Your situation is not too complicated or too far gone to be addressed and on its way to healing. **Update: While the Greer & Associates Staff are wonderful, Michelle Dean is now at Connections Wellness and we have moved over to CW in Corinth with her. This clinic's conduct reflects a profound disregard for basic ethical standards in mental health…read morecare. I was notified through a brief, impersonal email that my therapist "will not be continuing to work with [this] company", without any dates indicating when care would end or had already ended, and with no advance notice, no transition plan, no referrals, and no effort to ensure continuity of care. The therapist I worked with, Whitney Scheef, LPC, was exceptional--highly skilled, compassionate, and genuinely trauma-informed. Any progress or sense of safety in treatment was due entirely to her professionalism, not this organization. The contrast between her ethical care and the clinic's conduct is stark. Abruptly disrupting trauma therapy without appropriate planning directly contradicts established professional ethics. The APA Ethics Code (Standard 10.10) explicitly requires reasonable efforts made to ensure continuity of care when services are interrupted. Similarly, principles of nonmaleficence and beneficence require organizations and clinics to actively prevent harm--not create it through administrative negligence. Trauma therapy relies on stability, trust, and predictability. This clinic demonstrated none of these. Instead, clients, including I, were treated as interchangeable accounts rather than human beings engaged in vulnerable, high-risk therapeutic work. This either suggests a lack of ethical competence or a willful disregard for client welfare. If you are considering this practice, understand this clearly: when faced with an ethical responsibility to protect vulnerable clients, this clinic chose convenience and abdication of duty.

I found my way to Family First Hypnosis with one question: "How do I let go of a painful past?" The…read morememories still hurt. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't seem to move forward. Leading up to working with Celeste, I was carrying a bag of stones on my back. Celeste helped me understand that I wasn't just carrying that weight emotionally, my body was feeling it too. I was exhausted, overweight and depressed. She explained that every regret, betrayal, heartbreak, guilt, and painful memory we refuse to release can become another stone in that bag. My therapy revolved around .. how do I finally put the bag down? Hypnosis therapy, after a few sessions .. I began to see my pain was real. What happened mattered. But I didn't have to keep carrying it every single day. Celeste gave me a custom hypnosis mantra that has helped me stay grounded and stable. What I got out of this experience was a reset button. She definitely changed something inside me. This I know because I'm writing this review four years after our last session. Today, I accept what cannot be changed. Learned what must be learned. Put down the weight I was never meant to carry for the rest of my life. I'm rested, at peace with my life and I've lost 60lbs. For me, letting go didn't mean forgetting, excusing, or endlessly hashing it out until somehow the ending changed. It meant accepting that the past cannot be rewritten but the rest of my story can. It's about no longer allowing what happened to define who I am or what I deserved in this life. Thank you, Celeste. I will forever be grateful for the way you helped me through the most painful experience of my life. Your gift helped me turn that pain into purpose and ultimately gave me the strength to start a support group. You saved my marriage and the friendships I almost lost because of my relentless desire to stay angry. I write this review to help those of you who are on the fence about this type of therapy. I encourage you to meet Celeste for a consultation ... and then decide for yourself if her program is the right choice for your situation. Peace be with you...

Celeste quickly peeled back the layers to understand what was holding me back, and delved into my subconscious memories to resolve my perfectionism. She is kind, empathetic, and authentic, and regularly re-calibrated how committed I was to the process, how I was feeling about progress, and what we still needed to work on - with a genuine care for my growth and well-being, and never a hint of an upsell from what was discussed on day 1. I can honestly say I have a deeper trust in my inner self and feel like this unlocked a peace that I couldn't have reached on my own.
