I also loved the quantum bed--it made me feel incredible! Thank you so much, Dr. Lipper, for everything you did. I will definitely be coming back very soon!

I can't say enough how incredible Jenna is as a counselor. She worked with me for about a year…read morethrough an extremely difficult time in my life, where I was working through multiple issues with my mental health and relationships. She helped me understand my reactive behaviors, restore my confidence in myself and develop coping skills for my issues at hand. My friend also sees her, and any time we say something especially insightful or emotionally healthy, we laugh and say "thanks, Jenna." I highly recommend her especially for young women. Also, just a note to anyone actively searching for a counselor. Take the plunge. Make the appointment (preferably with Jenna, lol). You clearly have an interest, maybe even a need. If you don't like it or it's not a fit, no harm done. It's worth it to give it a try. I say this from experience, and I'm so glad for the time and therapy I received, because I took that first step. Good luck, my friend.

This led to our credit card being charged, instead of insurance we were planning on putting on file at her appointment. Even though services were not rendered, we understand they have a cancellation policy, but we at least wanted to resolve the situation and hoped for flexibility to bill our insurance. Instead of being reasonable, responsive, and assisting us, the receptionist was difficult to get ahold of and rude on more than one occasion. When she finally got back to us she told my wife she could have just had a telehealth appointment, except the appointment was already over, so it would of been impossible to attend. Insurance has yet to be billed as of this review. We feel it is very unprofessional way to go about this, while we are already going through a difficult situation. This has left a bad taste in our mouth regarding The Montfort Group, which is unfortunate because we really liked the therapist.

She recommended EMDR but kept saying she needed more time with me/more information. This was after seeing her for about 3 months during the summer. Weekly appointments at $200. I think she has a lot of insight and is very smart, but if you're like me and value promptness and a little more effort on the emotional side. I do not think she is a good fit for you. She was continually late, but made sure to always get me out at my time. I'm tired of their time being valuable and mine not..... Or maybe if she is really busy she might need to stop accepting new patients. We didn't end on bad terms. But, I just got a charge on my CC a year later for an appt that she forgot to charge. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism especially when you're paying so much.
