They do have a screen showing your place in line and the online app gives you this, too. Receptionist was excellent. Nurse was good except she did some tests that seemed completely unrelated to Dr Rod had excellent interpersonal skills/bedside manner. I actually got seen 22 minutes earlier than the original projection. I drove a mile past NCH immediate care to get here because of its bad reviews and I am so glad I drove the extra mile! Exam rooms are very clean, look new too. Plenty of space and extra seats for parents that bring kids.

I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver's license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.

My appointment was on 8/17/2020 when I agreed to pay the initiation cost and full blood panels…read more Dr. Seaman kept pushing for me to get an Ozone IV, which I refused. On 8/24/2020 I was told that my Vitamin D was low along with a few other minor vitamin deficiencies. I was told that I would be put on a schedule to come to the office and have these vitamins administered by IV. I told Carla Brook that I was not going to be administering anything by IV and the costs quoted was outrageous. I requested a copy of my labs to be posted to my portal. Nearly three years later, they have never provided me with the lab results that I paid for and simply ignore my requests. I've now requested that my information in their custody and on their portal be destroyed and my account closed. No answer. I can't speak for the glowing reviews this practice gets because this is the worst I have ever experienced.
