I never ever thought that I would ever need a personal accountant...it seemed like an unnecessary and expensive expense and something that I should be able to handle on my own. I had no idea what I was in for. There was no way that I could sift thru all the paperwork on my own. And I had no idea how it would affect my personal affairs as well. I was at a total loss! A friend of mine highly recommended Richard. She worked with him at Bank Of America. She and her family had been using him for years, and wouldn't go elsewhere. I took her recommendation and can't tell you how satisfied I am with his services. He totally out us at ease and we received our refunds faster than I have ever received them. And the fees were totally way less than we anticipated. Go to him!

She was prompt, professional, and quick with her responses and her assistance. I had inquired about getting a trust and will update updated. I was recommended to Ken Piercey. I cannot recommend Kens team enough. From Donna and Maria, who worked with me to updating and gathering information to Ken, who worked tirelessly with me to get my will and trust updated. I was not the easiest customer due to personal reasons that made my completing my will and trust a challenge for me. They were patient, kind and understanding. When I came in to sign the paperwork for the will and trust, I could not have asked for a more professional experience. Ken took his time to explain the changes and made the process so much easier to understand. Having Ken provide his guidance and assistance in helping me complete the process was extremely helpful. Completing a will and trust can be complicated and emotional. Working with Ken and his team I had complete faith in the process and knowing I made the right decisions. I cannot recommend them enough.

There should have been no confusion as I sold my income property and had all those documents separated for him. However, as a result, I received a return correction notice zeroing out my $600+ credit. I called Patrick to correct his mistake and he directed me to work with the Dept. of Revenue directly to provide what they are looking for. Now, they are saying I can only claim part of the credit because I bought the house in 2017. Reading online, it looks like I'm eligible for the credit on my sold property too. 6 months later, I still need to submit new documents and figure this out myself. Isn't that what I paid him for? By the time this is over, I will have spent countless hours on this over 8-10 months to fix his simple mistake. I think he knows what he's doing but he is working too fast and is prone to mistakes as a result. Then you're on your own to fix his mistakes.
