The tall gentleman at the counter on November 25, 2025, was so kind and knew right away I was looking for the restroom. "It's around the back. You'll need to walk outside to get to it. And if you can't open it, that means it's occupied." He said it very nicely. That was next level kindness to be honest. So I didn't need fuel and I didn't see any snacks I wanted. I admit I used this Rebel Stores in Boulder City, NV, solely for the restroom. Said restroom was a bit dirty. I did everything as fast I could to get out of there. Lol. I'd probably stop here again if needed. read more

Rebel Stores - Restrooms are behind the building! 11.25.2025 - Gas Stations Near Me - Boulder City, Nevada

What is going on here? The place is trashed. A credit card machine is busted up, the poor guy has no change. The guy is alone, the trash is overflowing outside. Who knows if the credit card machines work, everyone is going inside. The health department needs to come here. Get some help, clean it up. Lower your freaking gas prices. Henderson is $3.71. I'd give a zero, but 1 is the lowest. Who owns this freaking place? read more

Brandi service sucks. Rude and ungrateful to the customers. I came in said good morning. Throwing my product around slamming/throwing it around disrespectful. My dad was here not feeling well. She was rude to him as well saying I don't take that. I take what I have at home. So we went to Sinclair for better business. That was one over less. Busy line and friendly and helpful service read more

There is only ever 1 register open and the line is too long to wait. I've tried too many times and it's always the same. I end up leaving without purchasing anything. There is also a female worker named Mady who is loud, abrasive and very rude. I can't believe that she is allowed to interact with the public. I know several regulars that no longer go to this store anymore because of her. read more

In most cases this is a ok store. But not when the guy works on Sat morning. Lazy employee forsure, can't even have fresh coffee made at 5:30am . Pots are dry as the desert and the goof could care less. Sitting there doing nothing. He is nothing but a waste of space... read more

Stopped in the way back home. Late at night na the lady running the place (she was from Boston) super friendly. Had to have snacks and gas for the trip to Phoenix. Reasonable prices. read more

Gas burns for your engine like the grease of a banana peel. The fuel is low grade but cheap! Stocked snacks. People go to pay up front, then go to the isles, then to pay, then outside.. Time waster. Rebel says: 3 read more

No hand sanitizer available , and on No receipt paper. 3 machines do not work , I was told " we are installing new machines (PUMPS) and they don't want to fix them " I will spend the extra .30 cents on a tank fill-up and go to Sinclair from now on. I do not recommend this location to anyone save yourself the aggravation. read more

Terrible customer service. First off, I stopped in for sunblock after realizing last minute my friend didn't have any and he burns easily so I look for the lotion and the generic brand was about $7 and some change. Coppertone was right next to it without a price tag so I figured it can't be anymore than $10 for name brand. I get to the counter and the cashier tells me $16.90....WAIT, WHAT?!?!?!? That's PRICE GOUGING like no other. I pay it cause my friend needed it and I get outside and tell him about it and immediately walked back in asking to return it because of the ridiculous pricing, not to mention my friend is allergic to that brand which I did not know and I was told I couldn't return it even though I literally walked out and right back in to return. I brought up the fact that there was no pricing to begin with and she rudely told me I knew how much when she rung it up and didn't have to pay it. True, but as a non BC local who did not know there is no return policy, you think they would've worked with me this ONE TIME!!! Hell, as I write this I realize that even if she did work with me, I didn't have a receipt to show proof as she failed to give me my receipt in the first place. You really need to make sure there's a price tag in every item in that store instead of surprising the crap out of people at the register and basically forcing you to buy an item so you don't hold up the line and look like a tightwad ‍ read more

One of the worst customer service experiences, do not buy something without making sure the device works before leaving the store

Rebel doesn't take credit cards and charges you to use debit. Not very convenient for people going to the lake. We will just fill up elsewhere. The place is filthy, too. read more

I stopped at the Rebel gas station in Boulder City to use the restroom and grab some caffeine. While this isn't a high-end gas station like Lenny's C-Store, back in my home town of Aberdeen, South Dakota, I was pleasantly surprised by the pungent, yet overwhelming urine aroma and quaint decor. The cashier yelling at her register and telling my daughter and I that her manager had given her consent to, "Kill it dead," offered an unexpected earthiness to what is usually a superficial transaction. I would love to give them five stars, but I'm docking one because they don't carry Seven Layer Dip Combos. read more

Rebel Stores - Gas Stations Near Me - Boulder City, Nevada

Besides the gas and snacks the staff is slow and dopy. It takes a while to get something done

The staff is usually old women that have a chip on their shoulders and have an attitude like they do not want to be there. They would like to be home, or smoking a fag or just bitch to each other while people are waiting to get their gas paid for. Poor management, which usually reflects on poor ownership, but it is usually the cheapest gas, if you are headed top the lake, so..... read more

Pros: big parking lot, lots of space around the gas pumps. If you have a boat or trailer you'll appreciate the space. Gas prices seem to be reasonable. C-store is well stocked, pricing for ice and soft drinks is about the same as any other c-store in Vegas. Cons: On weekends it can be a mad house. The staff can be surly and painfully slow. Gotta use the restroom? You might want to practice your holding technique until you can stop anywhere else. And did I mention weekend traffic sucks, especially when you're trying to get back on the highway? Summary: During the week it's worth the time to stop. On busy weekends ugh....keep crawling along in traffic. read more

Cheapest gas in Boulder City. Doesn't mean it's cheap!

1 Star only because 0 is not an option. Horrible greeting when you walk in the door. Dirty bathrooms are around back. Find a different place. read more

Rude cashiers, more than half of their regular gas pump is always out of service! Called store and manager said it's up to Arco corporate to get them fixed. I contacted Arco 1 800 322 2726 and I was informed that this location is a franchise and that the owner is responsible for getting the pumps fixed. Called back the gas station and manager told me she does not have the number and that the owner is in California! read more

This place is downright scary. I stopped into use the bathroom and I was going to purchase a drink. I entered the store looked around and did not see any restroom signs, so I asked the cashier where the bathrooms were. She said they were outside of the store and around the back. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. She handed the restroom key over to me and I went to the back of the property. First of all, let me say that it is practically impossible for the cashiers to monitor the cleanliness of their bathroom from inside the store. next, although it was well lit behind the store, it had a feeling similar to an alleyway in a dangerous city. Once I finished with my business, I went inside to return the key. Whenever I use somebody's facilities, I like to purchase something as a thank you for being there. I was walking around the store I noticed it felt very eerie. There was no music playing, and was just a little bit spooky since the sun was down. The store has an ATM, but the ATM is really old. although the store as well let inside, the fuel pumps outside are kind of chintzy and a few of the lightbulbs in the canopies were out. All in all, I decided not to purchase anything from this star and continued on my way toward the Hoover dam. I'm not sure if there's a lot of great alternatives to this gas station as there is a Sinclair nearby but I haven't stopped there yet. If you're willing to wait, and you're on your way to KMan or Phoenix, stop at the Texaco about 32 miles south of here. Their bathrooms are in much better condition, there's music playing, and the employees are very friendly. read more

Very nice gas station with reasonable prices. Small convienence store and few pumps but very well run.

Rude and slow. Crappy service. No straws. And bad attitude. I can't say enough about bad service.i also bough a hotdog that was cold sitting on the rotisserie. Really. What can they do right? read more

About 80% of the time most of the gas pump don't work. Coffee is always out, and the store is usually dirty. Most of the staff is friendly which is the only thing this store has going for itself. read more

Make sure you have cash! Prepay only, and you have to go inside. Not the cleanest place in the world. Friendly staff.

Although they promote themselves as "the cheapest gas prices in town", it becomes clear the moment you walk through the door. When I visited there was a large repair visible on the floor and upon entering the bathroom the toilet was splattered with feces and the trash can was overflowing, but, on the bright side, the toilet did flush perfectly. read more

No need to read any other review. This place is a gas station. You don't come here for an experience. You stop here to get gas and take a leak while driving in/out of Las Vegas. Multiple pumps and easy accessibility back onto 93 N and S. Boom. read more

Have gone into this store several occasions but twice that I went in to buy cigs and to use my online coupon, the cashiers looked at me weird and said I don't know how to do this. Not even the MANAGER knew how ...Say What??!! When I was a manager at an AM PM I trained all my employees the full register (including coupons) and we had many due to the fact that not only had gas pumps but a car wash too !! There is no excuse for not training properly on the register !! Even if you hardly scan for online coupons you should still know how !! I took pride in training so that the cashiers would have NO questions on anything that might come up !! I took pride in giving and training for the best customer service possible !! NO EXCUSE for this place !! Because they did not know how to apply my online coupon, which this address was on the pull up as one that takes these specifically for this particular station, I lost my coupons because I had already clicked on redeem. Since 7/11 no longer takes these coupons and this store doesn't have a clue...time to find another store in my SMALL little town !! Shame on you whoever the owner is !! I gave 2 stars because the cashiers are friendly... read more
