The tall gentleman at the counter on November 25, 2025, was so kind and knew right away I was looking for the restroom. "It's around the back. You'll need to walk outside to get to it. There is only ever 1 register open and the line is too long to wait. I've tried too many times and it's always the same. I end up leaving without purchasing anything. There is also a female worker named Mady who is loud, abrasive and very rude. I can't believe that she is allowed to interact with the public. Terrible customer service. First off, I stopped in for sunblock after realizing last minute my friend didn't have any and he burns easily so I look for the lotion and the generic brand was about $7 and some change. Coppertone was right next to it without a price tag so I figured it can't be anymore than $10 for name brand. I get to the counter and the cashier tells me $16.90....WAIT, WHAT?!?!?!? That's PRICE GOUGING like no other. I pay it cause my friend needed it and I get outside and tell him about it and immediately walked back in asking to return it because of the ridiculous pricing, not to mention my friend is allergic to that brand which I did not know and I was told I couldn't return it even though I literally walked out and right back in to return. I brought up the fact that there was no pricing to begin with and she rudely told me I knew how much when she rung it up and didn't have to pay it. True, but as a non BC local who did not know there is no return policy, you think they would've worked with me this ONE TIME!!! Hell, as I write this I realize that even if she did work with me, I didn't have a receipt to show proof as she failed to give me my receipt in the first place. I stopped at the Rebel gas station in Boulder City to use the restroom and grab some caffeine. While this isn't a high-end gas station like Lenny's C-Store, back in my home town of Aberdeen, South Dakota, I was pleasantly surprised by the pungent, yet overwhelming urine aroma and quaint decor. The cashier yelling at her register and telling my daughter and I that her manager had given her consent to, "Kill it dead," offered an unexpected earthiness to what is usually a superficial transaction. I contacted Arco 1 800 322 2726 and I was informed that this location is a franchise and that the owner is responsible for getting the pumps fixed. Pros: big parking lot, lots of space around the gas pumps. If you have a boat or trailer you'll appreciate the space. Gas prices seem to be reasonable. C-store is well stocked, pricing for ice and soft drinks is about the same as any other c-store in Vegas. Cons: On weekends it can be a mad house. The staff can be surly and painfully slow. Gotta use the restroom? You might want to practice your holding technique until you can stop anywhere else. And did I mention weekend traffic sucks, especially when you're trying to get back on the highway? Summary: During the week it's worth the time to stop. Cheapest gas in Boulder City. Doesn't mean it's cheap!

This place is downright scary. I stopped into use the bathroom and I was going to purchase a drink. I entered the store looked around and did not see any restroom signs, so I asked the cashier where the bathrooms were. She said they were outside of the store and around the back. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. She handed the restroom key over to me and I went to the back of the property. First of all, let me say that it is practically impossible for the cashiers to monitor the cleanliness of their bathroom from inside the store. next, although it was well lit behind the store, it had a feeling similar to an alleyway in a dangerous city. Once I finished with my business, I went inside to return the key. Whenever I use somebody's facilities, I like to purchase something as a thank you for being there. I was walking around the store I noticed it felt very eerie. There was no music playing, and was just a little bit spooky since the sun was down. The store has an ATM, but the ATM is really old. although the store as well let inside, the fuel pumps outside are kind of chintzy and a few of the lightbulbs in the canopies were out. All in all, I decided not to purchase anything from this star and continued on my way toward the Hoover dam. I'm not sure if there's a lot of great alternatives to this gas station as there is a Sinclair nearby but I haven't stopped there yet. If you're willing to wait, and you're on your way to KMan or Phoenix, stop at the Texaco about 32 miles south of here. Their bathrooms are in much better condition, there's music playing, and the employees are very friendly. read more

When I visited there was a large repair visible on the floor and upon entering the bathroom the toilet was splattered with feces and the trash can was overflowing, but, on the bright side, the toilet did flush perfectly. read more

Have gone into this store several occasions but twice that I went in to buy cigs and to use my online coupon, the cashiers looked at me weird and said I don't know how to do this. Not even the MANAGER knew how ...Say What??!! When I was a manager at an AM PM I trained all my employees the full register (including coupons) and we had many due to the fact that not only had gas pumps but a car wash too !! There is no excuse for not training properly on the register !! Even if you hardly scan for online coupons you should still know how !! I took pride in training so that the cashiers would have NO questions on anything that might come up !! I took pride in giving and training for the best customer service possible !! NO EXCUSE for this place !! Because they did not know how to apply my online coupon, which this address was on the pull up as one that takes these specifically for this particular station, I lost my coupons because I had already clicked on redeem.
