They do a great job for less money and they are closer, so it is a great fit. I really had no idea that they even did oil changes until someone told me. Honestly, I have not ever had my car cleaned here, just the oil changes. Either way, it has been great and I will continue going here. Thanks PDQ

If it weren't for their outstanding staff, I would have already canceled my GCS True North Flash Pass. My one star rating is directed solely at True North's car wash operations. They hold a near monopoly in the area, yet their subscription system crashes frequently and causes repeated service interruptions. The larger concern is the lack of accountability at the local management level. In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. For the long term health of the customer experience, leadership may want to consider aligning management with the level of service Irene provides.

The PDQ crew at this location scratched the passenger side door pillar, windows again not wiped down properly, and my instrument cluster and steering wheel were not wiped down or cleaned. I paid extra for the Extreme Shine Wash Package, which is a rip-off. The staff also did a horrible job applying tire shine which is included in that wash package. I will not be back, I could have cleaned my car myself and would have gotten better results. This seems to be a common theme at all PDQ locations in the Green Bay area. I had a poor experience at the Oneida St location right before Thanksgiving as well.

GCS has stores sprinkled all throughout the Green Bay area, and this location on University is the closest to my home. What sets this place apart from other gas stations is threefold. 1. It is locally owned. It is not just a Shell station, but a family-run company that's been in the area for a long time. 2. GCS hires a kind staff who answer questions and greet you with a smile -- a rare thing sometimes at gas stations. 3. The amenities - free air, free vaccuum, a great touchless car wash, full convenience store, as well as an A&W restaurant. It's weird to say 'I love this gas station,' but trust me, this place is doing everything right.
