Their prices are reasonable as well. $13 per person per watch. That's almost unheard of as many jewelers will charge you twice that amount if not more. They greet you when you walk in and even have a little dog "mascot" who sits at front to greet customers. I'm sure I'll be back because they were the friendliest jeweler I think I've ever been to.

To be honest I was little nervous since the watch was not purchased from them. The employee that helped us immediately worked to check sizing, remove links, and recheck sizing. This was a good experience, but they were not rated more than 3 stars because each of my last visits were less than spectacular. It always takes quite some time for a clerk to acknowledge me and provide assistance. I understand that they are busy, but it only takes a moment to say hello, I'll be right with you. I use this location and the Hoover store for all of my jewelry inspections and cleanings. And it always seems to be the same encounter. Hopefully, things will get better.

I learned they've been in business for over 35 years, with most of it in Hoover. I was offered a couple options for repair, and having chosen a the same type of spring ring clasp, the repair took only a few minutes. I enjoyed chatting with the owner for a few minutes. They made sure to clean the repaired piece, and they even cleaned my own rings while I waited. Super service and a great option instead of the big jewelry store chains, and much closer for me! Note: I purposely didn't include any pictures of the interior, etc. I also didn't want to include pictures of any inventory that I wasn't purchasing. I want the owners to be able to share that if they are comfortable. If I had purchased something more interesting than a clasp, I would have been happy to post it. Just know that you will not be disappointed with your shopping experience or any pieces you may select.
