I'm nearly 40 and didn't think I was in bad shape however after just 6 months with Andy at Ludus the changes I have seen in myself have really surpassed any and all expectations I had. Andy is great to work with, he is really encouraging and takes the time to explain the science behind the training. He is sneaky though so make sure you keep count of your reps and don't think for a second battle ropes are fun, they're not....they're evil. That being said I am very grateful for the work he has put in with me and I can't recommend Ludus Fitness enough, perfect for beginners like me who are put off by massive gyms and could do with a point in the right direction. 10/10
