They have a head nurse and other nurses who handle a lot of routine work, specialists who attend one day a month which saves a visit to a hospital. And they have a full blown pharmacy on the premises which saves looking for a chemist. We have moved around and have had several doctors and this is one of the two best we have been to, efficiency wise, but the best from the point of view that they are very friendly. But they have a waiting list unfortunately.

It's not just the wonderful lead GP, the whole team and staff at all levels are highly commended. The approach is positive encouragement rather than negative hectoring. Their follow-up care for me (as a patient who has had a severe heart attack) has been superb. They cannot do enough to help you and really work there hardest to accommodate you and see you if it's emergency. The whole practice is a breath of fresh air and I would advise anyone thinking of joining with Sobell to go ahead and do it.
