The machine used to make the drinks is definitely not of a commercial grade and is directly tied to the quality of the coffee you receive. Price was very fair at 30 pesos ($1.50 USD) but The coffee flavor was a bit weak tied in part to the machine probably having lower heat and pressure then you would find in a commercial grade machine. Overall very average and definately not at a level many of the better coffee houses are in this area.

This area is a blend of street vendors selling hand made necklaces, cigars, etc. along with mid-end storefronts like this that could easily be in Carmel. We lean more towards the local stuff as souvenirs of the trip for it's organic, hipster quality. Perhaps the wealthier locals or travelers shop here.
