This spot was so much fun! I love a cool dive bar that doesn't feel to divey, and this spot was just that. It's a bar meets antique shop with a funky and cool/casual vibe. Loved the Zoltar machine and perusing the different antiques they had, lots of fun things to snap a picture of, and good photo ops, I took many in the old hair salon dryer that happened to be placed behind the booth. One of the customers was playing music so it was a mix of fun popular pop rock/emo music, with some over the top screamo songs, but we asked him to change some of them and he did. Huge shout out to the GM - when we were here I realized I forgot a sticker of my friend - I leave one of these everywhere I travel - and this place has stickers EVERYWHERE. This was probably my 2 or 3rd time in here and it's always busy. I love how you can purchase the merchandise that's up as decor. I heard you can even leave a cup there to use for future visits. But the night my friend & I came in it was crazy busy on a Friday night, the weekend before Halloween. The wait at the bar to order 2 cans of seltzers was a struggle. Staff ignored us while we waited, I even had my CC in hand. It would have been nice if someone said "hi, how are you? Someone will be with you soon." Like no eye contact, like if they thought we would just go away if they didn't look at us. Prices were very nice & once we got our seltzers we headed out back. Out back was super packed too! There is a bar out there but it wasn't open. It was crazy busy & I was in shock at how short staffed they were. We had our one drink each & decided to leave. I'm not interested in pushing thru crowds to stand at a bar & be ignored and wait forever for another drink. I did noticed what seemed to be a bathroom from where we were sitting (the one inside Rebar had lines) barely had a line so I hit that up on our way out to learn that it was another bar called Davy's. They had food you could order. It was much smaller & busy but they barely had a long line @ the bar. I wish I had known about this bar because I would have gone straight over here. In an area where genuinely cool and unique bars abound, ReBar is the crown jewel. But don't tell anyone, we don't want it to get too crowded. The service is better than great. The drinks are eclectic, creative, and very fairly priced. I'm a fan of the $3 brown bag beer. The music is amazing, even when no one is playing the jukebox. (Somehow it's even better at its sister business, Davy's) the place itself is top notch, with varied seating options, including an expansive patio. And the bartenders are the best. The host was solid, but apparently half the crowd thinks trivia means "Google quietly under the table," so that kind of killed the vibe. My wife had an Aperol Spritz, I had a Jameson Mule--both were fine, about $10 each, so not outrageous. We grabbed some wings from Davy's next door, and honestly, they were the highlight of the night. Not my first rodeo here, and probably not my last, but if you're hoping for a fair trivia game, maybe lower your expectations a bit. How have I not written a review for my favorite divey bar in the Arts District?! WTF is wrong with me... for real. This place is a VIBE! Every time I come here, I enjoy it. This past time I came in with my sister in law and mother in law and one of our friends as we were bar hopping around the area. My sister in law loves their mystery die shots. Basically, they hand you a die and you roll it. Whatever number it lands on is the shot you get. And I think they're literally only a few bucks! Our bartender was nice and got me a chaser with mine haha the pours for the shot were also super generous too. One of my fave things about this bar is that it is also an antique store. You can literally buy almost anything off the walls. SO COOL! I've had to hold myself back from purchasing some items. The outside patio area is also so cool, too. This bar is a trip. I love a good di spot and this has all the hallmarks but a little bit more class for those that can't handle the true charm of a dive bar. Walking in, you can't help but notice the bustling bar and the old school vibes that make this place a classic. I don't know if it's been here for a long time or not, but it feels like a fixture and the crowd clearly loves hanging out here. Having the antique store happening around, the bar scene is in unique concept and is a lot of fun to browse while you have a drink in your hand. Bartenders are friendly, but not totally attentive in my experience and I was the only drawback to my visit. I have a standing at the bar, quite some time, even connected with the bartender and was passed over for two other people who walked up afterwards. The drinks here are affordable, and I like that they have a giveback section of the menu where a portion of each string is donated to a local cause. I tried this old-fashioned and it was OK. Nothing special, but also not terrible. The mystery shots are super funny. As a spirit guy, I could tell a lot of the bottles by the next and I am so glad that I opted out of this little challenge. I noticed a lot of people having fun with it and the pours are super generous as well, so it's good value too. The outside patio is really fun although I don't know how anyone in Vegas can spend too much time outside even at night. The mix of picnic tables and little booths and another little vignettes to enjoy make it a great spot together either with a date or friends. Rebar is this closest thing to home that I've been able to find here in Vegas and it's one of my favorite Arts District hangouts. This spot is a super eclectic dive bar that slings cheap drinks, including cocktails for folks who like to get shlitty with a touch of class. However, if you're just here for a fun time without breaking the bank, they offer $3 mystery shots and beers--all of which are craft beers. And if you get a little too buzzed, they do offer food for purchase from the bbq joint next door, which you can order with the bartenders directly and then pick up once it's ready. I highly recommend the bbq nachos or porky pig sandwich. If you just want something light, the chips and guac are always a safe bet!!! On Mondays, they host a fun trivia night (Ultimate Trivia). My friends and I go nearly every Monday and it's always a lively vibe. There's ample seating inside and out back, which is great for larger groups too! The inside is also smoke-free--THANK GOD--which is increasingly hard to find in dive bars in Vegas. Avoid if single but come if u like cheap bottles of sparkling wine. IDK why but I always find myself at this place buying a bottle of sparkling wine for 25 bucks and then consuming it as I people watch. One of my absolute best memories of this place is coming here with my bestie Tina, and because she was dressed in all black and sat by the back door on the stool people assumed she was security all night and kept asking her permission to leave, or be able to come back or if they could walk through the back door as the entrance LOL LOL LOL and because she is such a silly person and also super petty, she LEANED ALL THE WAY IN & played the role of security all night. The mix of people is very diverse, black, white, purple, Chinese polkadot, striped... Rich, poor, middle class, artist, tech bros, bikers, bangers, bros, hoes.... Everybody comes to this place, which makes it even more of a joy to be at... Going to places where you don't have to worry about people treating you different because of the color of your skin or how u look or dress is very big for people of color so this is on my list of places I feel respected and comfortable at. There are plenty of board games, and a few video games, which provide good fun for small groups of friends. The food menu is conspicuously vegan friendly, including plant-based comfort foods such as tacos, hot dog, black bean burger, and Margherita pizza. The draught selection is not dominated by Big Beer. Instead, it includes cult classics like Alaskan Amber Ale, Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat, and Moose Drool Brown Ale. Also, local beers, including Fierro Mexican Lager (North 5th Brewing in Las Vegas) and Revision IPA (from Reno). Think antique store meets eclectic dive bar with a little flare, that's what this bar is. Pretty dope spot in the Arts District. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a plethora of antiques, some really cool and unique items as well as fun wall decor. They have a large bar space for ordering drinks, so it's pretty quick getting drinks. I was surprised to see how inexpensive drinks were. They have "mystery beers" and "mystery shots" for really cheap. If you don't mind what you're drinking, this is definitely a deal!. They have plenty of seating inside and outside. The outdoor space is pretty cool. They have different types of seating, TV's, lights, and fun decor. Their patio is connected to Davy's where you can order food, they seem to have an extensive food menu. The bartenders were really friendly, quick, and attentive. We got some humor by one of the younger bartenders, he was great! They did a good job with up keeping the bar and seating areas with all of the foot traffic coming thru. This bar filled up pretty quick on a Saturday night, but it was still spacious enough to move around just fine. The bathrooms were pretty clean, there was usually a line at all times. We stopped by Rebar and it was the perfect choice to grab a drink. Justin was our bar tender and his personality shines so bright you would think everyone is his best friend. It's a dive bar so very low key environment but it's eccentric with a ton of "art" on the walls and everything is for sale. They have $3 mystery beers and also mystery shots.
