The guy stared at his computer and said he would need to have the installer come to our home to give us an estimate. He left his phone number were told we'd get a call the following day. It has been over a week now and we haven't received a call. We figured that would happen due to the awkward interaction. As soon as my boyfriend left Voitek's he drove to Rebannack's in Kingston. The sales guy there was super friendly, but unfortunately they do not sell air conditioners. He was so nice that we'd definitely buy appliances from them as opposed to this store closer to our home. Customer service is everything. We have the $, but won't go back to this store. They obviously don't want our business. The owner responded after seeing this review. Yes, the salesperson did call us after this was posted, but we won't fight for someone to call us. They should have called us regardless. There are so many businesses out there and this one obviously doesn't need the business.
