I have lived in different states with about a handful of different apartments…read more I can say with the strongest conviction that these apartments have been the absolute worst for numerous reasons. 1) in my almost 2 years of living here there has been about 3-4 complete changes in staff. I feel like every 3-5 months there are completely new people working the front. 2) every time I talk to a staff member they are lackadaisical in their demeanor and they way they answer my questions. 3) they have numerous add ons to your monthly rent so I ended up paying over $1,300 a month for a two bedroom. Which is what you expect for an apartment in Austin or San Antonio... but not Harlingen. It would have been reasonable if that price also came with nice interiors... but out of all the apartments I have lived in, valor has been the absolute worst. There are numerous NEW apartments and townhomes being built in Harlingen. Valor should be your absolute LAST CHOICE.
