It was Tuesday (July 10, 2018) that I bent over to pick something off of the floor and back went…read moreout a little bit I had my husband put some cream on it and try to rub it out every day... but then I had the worst pain ever... that kind of pain where someone just put a rod and jammed it in your back which radiated all the way down my leg... So I felt this pain on Friday (July 13, 2018)... I was doing my usual daily activity of watering flowers and picking the dead-heads off... as I was doing this, I let out a screech and almost fell to my knees as I felt this excruciating pain ... I was balling like no other as I couldn't stand up and thank goodness my husband was within a couple of feet from me.... he helped me to the car and then in our home... all I could do was just cry as I just sit there and put ice on my back... I then remembered, that I had met Scott Little last year when I managed this thrift store and knew he was a chiropractor... I wasn't sure how good he was as I haven't been to a chiropractor in a very long time.... I know all about them as I used to be a chiropractor assistant back in the day... anyway I scheduled an appointment with him that same day at 6pm only because I didn't want to be stuck in the rain... Before seeing him, the only way I got around in the house was to use these extremely tall crutches but didn't use them under the arms but like using a cane.. it just hurt too much.. Anyway I get there and I'm just in tears and he's doing several adjustments and yes that first visit I just cried my eyes out... now he doesn't take X-rays but did say if I wanted X-rays I could go to the ER and have that done ... I chose not too as my insurance is only good in SD... but knew what kind of adjustments was needed and stated to ice for 15-20 minutes per hour and to take 800mg ibuprofen to help with the inflammation... I followed his directions to a T... let me tell you, I have had only 4 adjustments (Fri, Sat, Sun, & today (Tuesday)). I feel 75-80% better than before.. I highly recommend using Dr Scott Little... I am so amazed as to how I'm feeling today. If it wasn't for him, I would not be feeling this way today. Thank you Scott!!!! Ps he has moved to a different building than what is noted in Yelp.
