They made the outside of the house look nice but used really cheap materials. Our windows started to fall apart very quickly. They saw that they had to replace some of the plumbing under the house which was from the 1950s but they did as little as possible and within four years of us buying the house we have had to completely replace the plumbing . there is no way that they didn't see that coming. I have the sense that they did as little as they could to make as much money as possible. Grade: F-

Mark made selling our old house and buying our new one feel surprisingly manageable. From the first…read moreconversation through closing on both sides, he was consistently attentive and patient, never rushed us, never made us feel like just another file. He kept us informed without flooding us with noise, answered questions quickly, and walked us through the parts that usually stress people out: pricing, showings, offers, inspections, and timing the two transactions together. When something came up, he stayed calm and explained the options clearly so we could actually decide instead of guessing. What stood out most was that he treated both deals with the same care. Selling and buying at the same time is a lot, and he handled the moving pieces so we didn't have to chase anyone down. We always knew what was happening next. If you want a realtor who listens, stays patient when the process gets messy, and actually follows through, Mark is the one we'd recommend without hesitation. We felt looked after the whole way through. Thanks Mark!

After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Heh, more attention for him. That a good thing. Happy holiday and upcoming new year. Be safe ya'll! Thank you Ferguson Property Management to make things easier. Glad to work with you. But the owner is something else and that doesn't want to respond. Now you know the difference. Best Regards, Sumeet

Buddy got very very angry. The only actually proof we have is that my wife emailed Aislinn or whatever her name is directly about the stained blinds in 2024, that you guys refused to fix but used our security deposit to fix. Your worker redirected her to put all of the service request through your portal. Sadly we don't have access to the portal because guys deleted our access information. All of the proof is there of all of the services we requested to be done but got denied. After we moved out our security deposit was used to fix all of the things we requested. To let the people know, all of the requested we asked to fixed were stained or damaged prior or us moving in so we didn't afflict those damages. I'm not going to do a small claims report because I'm not in the business of suing. I have better things to do with my life. These reviews are for people that actually want to know how a business operates so they don't have to deal with horrible business. Thankfully my wife keeps all of the paperwork. Ferguson did a pre-move in inspection by Andrew Scott on 7/26/2024. It clearly states the stuff we were charged for were already in poor shape or damaged. I emailed Dan 10 days later again because I didn't know he would reply to my emails, since his staff have been ignoring our phone calls and emails. I emailed Dan the paperwork of our pre-move in inspection as well. I'm done talking about this with Dan because he is very good unprofessional as you can tell by the name calling. I did call him a crook and that he runs a thieving business since we tried to reach out to his associates through email and phone calls but they choice to ignore our calls and emails. People that ignore phone calls and emails are guilty people.

The house showed beautifully with the economical stager that she uses, and the photos and videos were top-notch. We had two hard moments when the sale almost fell through, but LuAnn stayed calm and kept me informed the whole time. She helped me show off the remodel we did on the house, and she was honest with me about the market even when it was tough news. In the end, we got the house sold for market value. I would recommend LuAnn because she doesn't ever give up and the team is very efficient!

Highly recommend LuAnn for any real estate transaction in the Davis or greater Sacramento area…read more My family and I interviewed about seven agents we found through Yelp, and LuAnn stood out immediately due to her experience, track record, and the quality of her marketing and sales materials. She was knowledgeable, organized, and refreshingly not pushy -- a stark contrast to some of the other agents we spoke with. It ultimately came down to her and another agent I'd become friendly with, and LuAnn's professionalism and candor made the decision clear. We hired her to sell an inherited home in Davis that had significant sentimental value and decades of accumulated belongings. She was patient and supportive as we spent nearly three months cleaning, sorting, and conducting an estate sale. Throughout the process, she and her team -- including Anna Huang from eXp -- added tremendous value. Anna helped design and renovate the home, addressed City of Davis inspection requirements, and guided us through every repair and inspection issue that surfaced. The staging was excellent, and the video and social media marketing were outstanding, making the home shine online and attracting strong buyer interest right away. If you have any questions about LuAnn's marketing strategy and execution -- including how she helped turn a $700,000 home into a $900,000 sale -- ask her about our White Horse Davis property. LuAnn also provided a comprehensive list of inspectors, helped us resolve buyer‑side concerns, and kept the entire process on track. Most impressively, she secured a buyer and got the home into escrow within about a week of listing, even though other homes in the White Horse neighborhood had been sitting on the market for months. We achieved the pricing we wanted, felt supported the entire way, and genuinely appreciated her professionalism. I would absolutely use LuAnn again for any future real estate needs in Sacramento, Davis, or even Irvine.
