They made the outside of the house look nice but used really cheap materials. Our windows started to fall apart very quickly. They saw that they had to replace some of the plumbing under the house which was from the 1950s but they did as little as possible and within four years of us buying the house we have had to completely replace the plumbing . there is no way that they didn't see that coming. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Buddy got very very angry. The only actually proof we have is that my wife emailed Aislinn or whatever her name is directly about the stained blinds in 2024, that you guys refused to fix but used our security deposit to fix. Your worker redirected her to put all of the service request through your portal. Sadly we don't have access to the portal because guys deleted our access information. All of the proof is there of all of the services we requested to be done but got denied. After we moved out our security deposit was used to fix all of the things we requested. To let the people know, all of the requested we asked to fixed were stained or damaged prior or us moving in so we didn't afflict those damages. I'm not going to do a small claims report because I'm not in the business of suing. I have better things to do with my life. These reviews are for people that actually want to know how a business operates so they don't have to deal with horrible business. Thankfully my wife keeps all of the paperwork. Ferguson did a pre-move in inspection by Andrew Scott on 7/26/2024. It clearly states the stuff we were charged for were already in poor shape or damaged. I emailed Dan 10 days later again because I didn't know he would reply to my emails, since his staff have been ignoring our phone calls and emails. I emailed Dan the paperwork of our pre-move in inspection as well. I'm done talking about this with Dan because he is very good unprofessional as you can tell by the name calling. I did call him a crook and that he runs a thieving business since we tried to reach out to his associates through email and phone calls but they choice to ignore our calls and emails. People that ignore phone calls and emails are guilty people.
