Amanda, Christina and Sandria are an excellent team to work with. The process from beginning to end was smooth and quick. The key to a smooth transaction is to make sure to get all your documents in as quickly as possible. This allows the team to work on your file and get you closed . We used Amanda as a broker in 2018. It was not a good experience for multiple reasons, some are listed below. My main issue with her is the ongoing emails, calls, and birthdays cards to this day in 2026, after requesting to be removed from all communication. - completed forms incorrectly and wanted us to sign the incorrect forms (names and ssn) - requesting the same things multiple times after it being submitted - unprofessional communication read more

I've been supporting local businesses since I moved to Elk Grove back in 2012. I found Amanda's company online and since I saw great reviews about her, I'd figure I would support her. I understand the loan application process is a long tedious one, but to get strung along these past months saying that I was approved through texts & emails never really returning my calls despite saying she will, I find myself switching over to a bigger mortgage broker company. Overall, my experience with her company was not a great/professional one. The simple idea of basic communication is a bit foreign to her. I'm working with a bay area company now that I actually talk to throughout the day and am confident I can get it done with them. read more

I came across Amanda's Instagram ad one day and I had already started the process of a cash out refi with a different lender before contacting Amanda. I told Her that I just paid a non refundable $500 to process my loan. :( She assured me that she could get the job done before the other lender, so I went with it. I called her on Jan 25, 2021. Amanda I can show you it in writing and/or talk to the realtor who was handling this purchase. She too was aware of this. You should not tell stories because this is a public form.
