They are dependable, respectful of the property, and efficient. Their pricing is very fair and handily beats most other contractors. They do not propose shortcuts for siding, such as going over existing wood shakes, and will suggest removing them (it will look better). We will continue to utilize this company for not only house flips but also our own home and recommend them highly.

They later installed new sheet rock and molding over old and outdated glue on tiles in the same kitchen (after a burst pipe resulted in having to cut a hole into ceiling.) Both times that I have worked with them they were super professional and up front about the cost. They do fantastic work and left zero mess. Both the cabinets and ceiling look several years later. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do some remodeling in their home.

If you're in need of a company to do installations and repairs, then you will want to call Senterline. The work done is simply spectacular, done with care and efficiency. My family and I re-did our kitchen, top to bottom. Within a few weeks, we had a beautiful and just outstanding new kitchen. It came out better than we could have ever dreamed of. The workers that came were quiet, neat, and kept the entire work area clean. Unless you went down into the kitchen, you wouldn't know they were there!! The entire team at Senterline is extremely kind and efficient. From the office staff to the project estimator to the foremen, the team at Senterline is wonderful. They make sure you're taken care of. Scheduling is very easy, and the foremen arrive exactly when they say they will be there, and earlier in the window they give. Marc and Justin, in particular, are outstanding and very hard workers. The only [slight] downside is that Senterline has several associate companies to do some of the related work, such as tiling, so you will have to deal with another company and their workers. It can be hard to schedule these associates, but the office staff at Senterline makes it easier to do so. It is extremely difficult to find true craftsmen and professionals, but you will find them in Senterline. My family and I are extremely pleased Senterline did the work on our home. They really care about there work and that you love what you design. We'll never look for another construction team again.

I already had a replacement toilet ready for the downstairs bathroom. The repair guy checked the toilet and the surrounding floor. He patched the floor to make it stable for now as he switched in the toilet I already bought. He used a mask. He kept the trash in a limited area so it was disposed of easily afterwards. The new toilet works much better than the old one. The repair guy and I went to the store and got a second toilet for downstairs. He was able to install that one too. That one works fine too.

After interviewing several companies about a litany of projects, Gercemino never asked if my husband was involved or told me I didn't actually want what I was asking for. His team works to a high standard and cleans up any mess they make, something that no other company I've hired bothers to do. He also has an eye for design, making sure the layout is functional and beautiful, and he has connections at a range of local businesses to choose quality materials suited to your budget and style. I really can't recommend him highly enough - one meeting should be enough to convince you, though!

On July 9 2026, I had a terrible experience with Alvin's Plumbing and Heating LLC. Before scheduling, I called to ask about their diagnostic fees to estimate a under-sink filter leak repair. A representative told me it would cost $60 to send a technician, who would then give me a price estimate. However, when the technicians arrived, they never mentioned a hidden baseline fee of $195 just to touch the plumbing. One technician immediately began working without providing an upfront estimate. He cut one inch of a small 1/4" plastic pipe, which fixed the leak. When I asked for the total, he revealed the $195 charge. I was outraged by this hidden fee. Since he was already there, I asked about replacing a bathroom faucet. I explicitly asked if the $195 would be separate or if it would roll into the cost of the new job. They told me, "No, the $195 is going to roll into the cost of the additional job." The office quoted a total price of $225. I agreed to this. After the work was done, they wanted charge my credit card $420 ($195 + $225), completely going back on their word. I requested the manager's number to dispute this overcharge, but the owner refused to honor the agreed upon price. Despite multiple phone calls, I have not received a refund. This company uses misleading sales tactics, hides fees until the work is done, and takes advantage of old citizens. I am submitting an official complaint with Better Business Bureau
